I honestly don't see how Torterra would be ultra-broken in the tier, not even enough to put it in test in my opinion. Torterra keeps having value as a simple attacker or as a rocks setter, but now it has another setup over SD and Rock Polish

Apart of the competitive-wise changes, the Ho-oh one is really nice in my opinion, since we can finally have a constant method of farming rainbow quills which are kinda needed to fix our beloved legendary *beasts* without relying on RNG to get them.

From my personal experience, and since I farm it a lot, just like many other players, I don't think this should be public in my opinion. Part of the beauty of farming it is finding new strategies or variants to optimize its farming, and that exclusivity, which wont last long regardless, due to the fact people tend to watch and analyze other teams they may bring for it, is cool, and not worthy to become public.

Added to the Seth statement which is right, the only mons you can't get as shinies are the starters given by the proffessors whenever you start a region, and the ones received by trades from special NPCs ❤️
