[Bug]

The new update changed some things with mods so that the mod creator can specify the scale for sprites, as a result some old sprite mods may need to be updated. Disable the mod if you want normal size sprites or get an updated version of the mod if one exists.

Its not tiering since its a development decision.  We aren't ignoring the possibility of it not being banned, but we aren't ignoring the very real possibility it could end up banned either which something we would rather not happen. 

The hydreigon with draco meteor on them had draco meteor removed, none exist in game anymore.

No, if we can prevent hydreigon from potentially going on the banlist by denying it one move that isn't even necessary for it to be a good pick, we will be keeping things the way they are.

In November, all Australian timezone LCs will be changed to 16 player brackets and the pokemon reward from those will be removed.  The other two timezones will change to the 32 player brackets and have the 32 player reward(pokemon included).

 

Other formats are unchanged.

Unfortunately because it evolve beyond level 36 it cannot be helped, you will have to use a move relearner in Fallarbor, on 2 Island, or in Mistralton depending on what region you are in using either mushrooms or heartscales.

Blaziken learns blaze kick at level 36, it would need to evolve at level 36 to learn the move on evolution.

A heal ocarina would break pretty much any balance associated with purchasing items that you should otherwise be using to do this while out in the field, doubt it'll ever happen.

Even if they were soulbound, a player could login to multiple accounts daily and stock up, then later use that account for stuff.  Not that big of a fan of the idea.  The story gives enough money for potions, and once you're done with the story you should have plenty of sources of money available to where you can just buy your own.
