He's right, there are things in the game called Swarms where a pokemon will appear on the overworld (4 of the same pokemon), sometimes really rare too.

Hello, there are plans to implement HA in the game eventually, but we don't have an exact date on when that will be. Just keep looking forward, I'd love HA's too lol.

You pretty much have the right idea. You're going to theoretically spend less money catching your own pokemon to breed with, but spend a lot more time that way. It also depends on the egg group. If i'm breeding something that in say the field group, i'll just buy the pokemon since they're pretty cheap. But if i'm breeding something from say the chaos group, i'll be catching them since they're very expensive. That's my take on it personally.

Hello! So the only way to teach blissy wish is from a bp tutor. You can find those at the battle frontier in hoenn, battle tower in kanto, or the battle subway in unova. Sadly, the bp shops are not yet implemented in the sinnoh resort.
