I got the same hint and I am wondering if it is the same as the NORTHERN map in the guide or if it is a completely different set of towns/cities. I searched all of the NORTHERN section with no starmie.

I saved 4,500 Old Amber and 1,200 Nincada for the shiny bonus of the event. These won't get the boost! Anyone else extremely upset at this nonsense?

I have never seen such a long update for Halloween, and Kyu hasn't dropped the changelog which is very unusual to wait so long for the changelog. They have to be updating much more than Halloween IMO. I wonder what they could be adding.
