Firstly, I staff/devs do read pretty much all suggestion threads as that's the whole point of them I thought your comment which quite good, until I got to the end. 200k isn't a lot of money, and you can't buy any shiny with 50k. A really rare shiny would be 300m+. Either way, I get your point.

I do disagree slightly actually. I have so much shit in my PC to sell, but I'm just too lazy, now I can sell it without doing anything really. For example, I have a fuck ton of 1x31 Dittos, once I put all those in GTL I can go ditto hunt again. I would probably farm items too if I could just stick them in this place to sell. Still, I get where you're coming from.. I think the whole point of this thread is that there is not enough $$$ going around, and this will only remove more out of the game. How are people supposed to pay when there is not much yen going around? Reduce tax to 2% Max cap it to 200k

HP Fire/Ground, the main reason is for Metagross. Fire also hits Skarmory, Forre. Ground hits Arcanine, which is quite good considering Arc with crunch+espeed could stop Espeon from setting up. Yes that's fine.

Fire/Ground both work well.

Those also switch on Chansey, doesn't stop everyone using toxic on that. Toxic/Twave is and always will be a toss up. They both have their perks.

Still think Walrein is really good, probably too good. The reason why Walrein isn't used as much as you'd expect is probably because it's actually got good some real good competition for the bulky water spot, Lapras as you said, and Poliwrath.

Oh no, that's exactly what I proposed in PTS chat. I definitely agree with that. Something like a 200k tax cap I would be fine paying that to list my shiny that's worth 10m+

I think the tax is just there to stop people flooding the system and trying to manipulate the price of a certain item/pokemon by making it look like lots of people are selling at a certain price. I still think tax should be somewhere near 2% instead of 5% though.

Sometimes having the players name could be good to give them another offer that includes items/pokemon too. I don't think this is an important suggestion, but I still feel it would be quite nice for me at least. edit: Also, if you're adamant on keeping GTL anonymous then that's fine, but if we can still get a chat message that indicates the item/pokemon is sold without saying who bought it, that would be great.

exactly on your first point. I think you overestimate how much frozen money there is, there is always lots of silk holes for money and it's hard to gain back. (or maybe I'm underestimating?)

Global Trade Link suggestions. I'm not sure if it refreshes on its own, if not, make a little button that refreshes the page. When one of your items/Pokemon are purchased, have a message pop up in the chat box. "(PLAYERNAME) has purchased your (ITEM)/(POKEMON) for (PRICE) at (TIME)" In your listings of sold Pokemon, show who purchased your item/pokemon. Show who is selling the item/pokemon. These are a few that I can think of for now.

I highly doubt this trading hub will bring down the price of shinies. It could possibly bring down the price of items though, you've got a point there. If item prices drop, you're making even less profit.

While I do agree with a Global Trade tax, I feel it's a bit too high. I feel you're probably best not selling anything higher than 10m+ because the tax cripples your profits which is a shame because I think this system would be the perfect place to sell those since they usually take longer than usual to sell. I also think the 1k listing fee at 20k or below is too high because a lot of the common useful items are sold at around 20k and losing 1k straight up per item is quite big when you sell in big bulk. I was thinking, instead of a 5% tax, maybe have it lowered to 2% and the 1k fee under 20k maybe change to $250?
