PokeMMO's Halloween event has returned for 2019! This event will run from October 30th to November 5th Beat up children to steal their candy. Feed the pumpkin to win a prize, or lose trying! Special wild ghosts have been spotted in Unova, with higher IVs and a chance at being bestowed with a particle unique to Halloween 2019.  
Balancing
X Items (X Attack/etc.) may now only be used once per party member while on the field, until the party member is swapped

Plague Doctor's masks have been made available for Halloween 2019. This limited edition item will only be released during this event:

They were removed along with quite a few other items thorough the entire storyline (some were replaced, like you'll get a poison barb in the place where a pp up was supposed to be). Balancing and stuff like that, y'know it's MMO after all

I remember the time when someone owned a rocket uniform they were the shit because the only way to obtain that or the tuxedo was to sit and play the slots until you have gathered enough to afford those xD

There was 12 spots with hidden coins in kanto casino.All removed.You can check my guide to see the hidden items section for images on all items.It has both all items in pokemmo and the items from the original game that were removed in pokemmo.

Ya they also remove items or replace them with something else with updates.
There was a ppup and they put a poisonbarb like ryspicz said.They removed that poisonbarb and put a ppup there again.But its untradeable now I think.
With updates they do some changes sometimes.
 
Also pokemmo is pokemon firered for kanto.Cant compare what is in pokemon yellow with pokemmo.
