You put yourself inside the "old guard" while apart from noumerous opinions i havent seen you do anything worth mentioned in comp Since you got back in a game that as u said has nothing to offer comp-wise.If thats the actual old guard and newer players cant surpass that then what do they have to offer me battling them? And im not even a name. Im a mediocre dude who tries to get better. And yet i have some minor accomplishments to mention for myself and justify me playing in a tour of this calibre even if i go 0-100 in it. What is the case about newer players? That they might surprise us if given the chance?

There is a reason that the same people are around in all those events.. If youhave a community unable to surpass the "old guard" after so many years on a game that hasnt provided anything new for some time now, those said players that need a chance havent showed that they deserve it. It sounds however it sounds but it is the truth. A year in competitive pokemon is more than enough time to win an official tournament if you really work for it, the bar of 5 official won is low and yet teams arent gonna make the cut.. I dont know how those teams can feel hard done by.

I second that!! Generally secret bases have a good potential inside the game and there are multiple ways to take advantage of it.

It did NOT influence the uu meta. It dropped down because uu could handle it since uu already had started shifting to strong priority due to offense being dominant and priority was a better way dealing with sweepers than walls. Lanturn and torkoal dropped for that reason aswell.. Because they were getting abused by the same meta.. NU doesnt have strong pokemons with strong priority to deal with getting trapped from dugtrio. I would agree that testing is needed but pokemmo competitive scene is known to adapt real slow to new stuff( see k9, metagross, empoleon go up in usage after some time) and for that reason i believe that we are gonna get the wrong feedback about it.

Lucario should remain banned.. As much as i would have tremendous fun using it, it is an offensive uber for the tier.. I can think of one or two stuff that could potentially stop it but it still will centralise the meta too much around it

This is at least ridiculous.. Legit there is no actual justification for picking daryl and yettodie over lotus enchanteur jaawax and even nowall who is not a clear cut name.. Asking about rules is not effort and having money is not qualification for managing.. Both of those managers are my friends but im not the kind who sugarcoats stuff.. The mentioned players at the start of my comment are far more qualified.. Not giving enchanteur and lotus especially the chance to manage, two players that can play, build, advise for every tier for me is atleast controversial

For the argument of the mmo event, it is a pokemmo event, ripoff or not it doesnt matter.. psl13 will be made by the pokemmo community for the pokemmo community.. so pls do not reproduce this stupid argument. As u said ppl are gonna pick me yes so if that was the case I shouldn't care at all, if you as a new player might not get a place is not my concern, you got around 2 months ahead of you to prove yourself and get picked.. i did the exact same thing not long ago
