[/quote] If you want to win not, if you want to use some troll pokemon then yes. - Most players dont have acces to starters, or you would have to start spamming new accounts for a good starter. - If you analyze the available pokes and which possible 'strategies' there are possible, you will figure out that only maximum 10 pokes will be used out of that list, atleast in my opinion. Considering their pre-evolutions aren't available, I see no reason to keep them out, and they meet the height and weight criteria as well. I feel the same way about Marill and Pikachu.
