The Pokemon were selected based on the Pokemon Stadium Petit Cup rules. Weight must be <20kg Height must be <2m The Pokemon have to be either the first or only form in their evolutionary line as of gen 3. This has been adjusted to include Pokemon with baby forms that we don't have access to. If there is a Pokemon I have missed that satisfies the above requirements, please post in this thread.
