[Implemented] Implement Gen 4 Struggle Mechanics

What I suggest is that instead of having the current Recoil 50% of damage dealt hurts your own health, it would be more beneficial in certain situations to go over to the mechanics they use in 4th generation and onward with 25% of own max hp as recoil regardless of how much the struggle did to the target.

The reason is simple, with this new mechanic, there will be an end to any struggle fights within a reasonable time as opposed to how it is never ending fights with the current mechanics between 2 targets with low atk stat high def stat and holding leftovers. (Anyone remember the fights of the Blisseys in last official tournament will know what I am talking about. That fight would been over within few turns after they reached struggle with this mechanic

[b]TL:DR.[/b] Please implement 4th gen recoil with 25% of max hp lost per struggle instead of current 50% of damage dealt as recoil to prevent leftovers eternity wars

No need to bump this thread I think. It is an old one and indirectly approved.
Not implemented yet.
