So far I have seen:
-Ho-oh in the story
-Raikou and suicune come out in the fight against ho-oh. Surely Entei too, but I didn't see it
-Suicune and Raikou captureable in Johto after defeating Ho-oh depends on the month

-Lugia KOTH in Johto, in whirlpool islands
-The most curious, Arceus KOTH in Johto, in alpha ruins

-Articuno in jhoto flying and ice gym

Se debería de poder usar el truco del repelente o que tengan mayor probabilidad de aparecer(los perros legendarios) y que a cambio de eso se puedan escapar así se le daría más funcionalidad a la Master ball

Gym leaders occasionally change their Pokémons. It's a matter of battling them until they use the ones you want to add to the Pokedex.

Alternatively, you can also find them in the Battle Frontier.

In the 3rd basement I used around 850 repel max and it was with a level 100 (meowth) the first of my team

Hello! This is not true. I asked Rache about it and told me that you can not find Arceus in Johto.

"It (Arceus) can not be found in Johto. Whoever added it there probably saw someone with it in Johto and assumed it was actually caught there. There's a dumb bug that lets you bypass overworld legendary restrictions under certain conditions atm."

Haha wow, I can't believe those went unnoticed for two whole years. 😅

Articuno is now available as a part of the Christmas Event! It's a roaming Kanto legendary and is only catchable outdoors in grass or on water. No caves. No exact clues when it ends, most likely on a month-by-month basis like the legendary dogs.

Also, heavily speculated Jirachi is gonna be available for CNY 2024(or at some point). The Christmas Event has a special task where if you turn in 280 mons into the Elfbots, it's provides you with a Wishing Stone.
