Appable
Not sure if this has been asked yet but are we ever gonna get info on shiny alphas? -Do wild shiny alphas have a shiny sprite in he overworld? -Can you "reencounter" alphas for a potential alpha shiny? -If you kill an alpha shiny, will it respawn as shiny again? Probably more questions about them but i get if there's not enough info or such to tell. HermitG 1 Link to comment

Every Alpha Shiny I've saw has been caught in a Master Ball. I'm certain no-one wants to be the brave soul who tries. I did hear that the Alpha regardless of whether you KO it or run, will maintain its stats, so you can't keep running and waiting the 2m penalty for shiny hunting. hamizoss
ofc the alpha shiny cant come back if you missed it like a normal shiny so the best way is master ball if you think that you will lose it or if the alpha have a move that can faint it Link to comment

Bratich
Havent i saw wild caught alpha shinies screenshots? Arent alphas encounters locked, you cant '' reeuncounter'' them as they will allways be the same as your first encounter. So if the first encounter was shiny, its a guaranteed shiny? Link to comment
OGQT
Alpha encounters are locked to whatever the initial encounter is. If it's shiny at the first encounter, it'll stay shiny regardless if you KO/get KO'd. If it's not shiny, you can't re-encounter it to make it shiny, it doesn't work. Same with stats, nature, etc. Link to comment

I'm positive stats change every encounter, damage is different every time. In one case I was faster every turn for a 20+ turn fight, then encountered again and was slower every turn. Link to comment

Aybel
This is a Guide on how Alpha Pokémon work it states here "Alphas from part 3 aren't shiny locked, but you can't reset them (if your first encounter with the Alpha isn't shiny and you faint/run away from it to fight it again, you wont be able to find his shiny version)" hope this helps.
