'Kanto: Complete 27 whisps found
 R2 cut go from virdian city 
 R4 east from the two fighter npcs
 R8, near the slopes 
 R9 usual sableye swarm spot/alpha nidorino spot 
 R11, top right corner
 Rt12 need surf(water north from snorlax spot near the two fishermen)
 R13 need cut(grass patch near the 2 beauties in the south) 
 R16 North most point through the houses!
 R17 middle, next to the sign
 Celadon northwest behind buildings 
 R21 above cinnabar (need surf)
 R22 (go all way left from viridian) 
 R23, south of pokeleague
 R24 go all the way up to the prof's house and back down the road to reach it 
 I1 Kindle Road behind 3 rock smashes
 I1 Treasure Beach 
 I2 near the house in the far north, (Cape Brink North)
 Viridian Forest far north 
 Power Plant left side, all the way through 
 Inside safari, near surf house
 Inside seafoam, in the water, follow the path until you have to surf once and climb down the ladder at the end. Go northeast until you see a sign and a ladder, wisp is in water south of it
 Poke mansion, 3rd floor cinnabar, take the first stairs you see and go up to 3rd floor, wisp is at the bottom left of the room with researcher
 I3 Berry forest (need surf and cut), near the exit, surf south and cut two trees 
 Rock tunnel (enter from lavender, go south east and then north past the two green trainer girls and down the stairs. Go south until you see hiker, then east. go north after the trainer girl and then east to alpha spawn location
 Lavender Tower, 1st floor
 Mt. Moon after the Paras hallway, from rt4 entrance right? Yes
 Mt-Ember, use strength to push two boulders on the left, then rock smash to clear the path. go in the left cave and follow the path (on the way to Moltres)'

Tunel roca - desde lavanda donde estuvo el marowak alfa. lleven destello

Isla 1 - camino candente lleven golpe roca

Isla 1 - en el monte ascuas, ocupan fuerza y golpe roca, cerca de donde se debe encontrar Moltres

Isla 2 - Cabo extremo

Isla 3 - en el bosque baya, requiere surf y si desea corte, de donde se encuentra el hipno abajo

anyone knows what happens if the wisp triggers an encounter and you happen to run away from it? I accidentally did that and the wisp disappeared without being counted, so now I'm stuck at 1 remaining with no wisps on the map lmao. does it appear somewhere else? does it respawn after a while?
