Kanto: Complete 27 whisps found. 

Alpha Gengar (shadow ball, giga drain, pain split, taunt)

1.  R2 cut go from virdian city 

2.  R4 east from the two fighter npcs

3.  R8, near the slopes 

4.  R9 usual sableye swarm spot/alpha nidorino spot 

5.  R11, top right corner

6.  Rt12 need surf(water north from snorlax spot near the two fishermen)

7.  R13 need cut(grass patch near the 2 beauties in the south) 

8.  R16 (need cut)North most point through the houses (Near fly HM)

9.  R17 middle, next to the sign

10.  Celadon northwest behind buildings 

11.  R21 above cinnabar (need surf)

12.  R22 (go all way left from viridian) 

13.  R23, south of pokeleague

14.  R24 go all the way up to the prof's house and back down the road to reach it 

15.  i1 Kindle Road behind 3 rock smashes

16.  i1 Treasure Beach 

17.  i2 near the house in the far north, (Cape Brink North)

18.  Viridian Forest far north 

19.  Power Plant left side, all the way through 

20.  Inside safari, near surf house

21.  Inside seafoam (start from cinnabar entrance), in the water, follow the path until you have to surf once and climb down the ladder at the end. Go northeast until you see a sign and a ladder, wisp is in water south of it

22.  Poke mansion, 3rd floor cinnabar, take the first stairs you see and go up to 3rd floor, wisp is at the bottom left of the room with researcher

23.  i3 Berry forest (need surf and cut), near the exit, surf south and cut two trees 

24.  Rock tunnel (enter from lavender, go south east and then north past the two green trainer girls and down the stairs. Go south until you see hiker, then east. go north after the trainer girl and then east to alpha spawn location (NEED FLASH)

25.  Lavender Tower, 1st floor

26.  Mt. Moon after the Paras hallway, from rt4 entrance right? Yes

27.  Mt-Ember, use strength to push two boulders on the left, then rock smash to clear the path. go in the left cave and follow the path (on the way to Moltres) 

 

Sinnoh

Alpha Drifblim (hex, acrobatics, magic coat, thunderbolt)

1. Route 204

2. TOP OF MT CORONET great outdoors snowing area, rock climb on the bottom left (Rock climb and strength REQUIRED)

3. Route 211 celestic side, needs rock climb

4. Route 212, need cut 

5. Route 213 (needs Rock Climb)

7. Route 216 (Rock climb on hill with skiers )

8. Route 221

9. Route 222 (needs Surf to access hill)

10. Lake Acuity (Top right where grass patches are)

11. Lake verity bottom left grass patch

13. Near Eterna Forest Entrance (take right route and use Cut on trees)

14. Valley Windworks

15. Iron Island (take ferry from Canalave City; enter and exit cave)

20. Floaroma Meadow (need surf, go by route 205, towards fuego ironworks)

21. Sendoff Spring, need rock climb and surf

24. Route 207 (enter mt coronet, go first floor then exit on the southwest, need strength and rock climb)

25. Amity Square right entrance, turn left/right when you go inside the ruins

2. R104 go through petalburg woods to reach it

3. R105, need surf, on a small island (regi structure thing)

4. Petalburg woods (from rustboro, cut the tree then follow the path)

5. R110 in the water near bike road

6. R111 (south of desert, regi entrance)

7. R113

8. r114 left of fallarbor up waterfall

9. R115 go along the west coast, surf and go up the stairs

10. R116 go through tunnel from Verdanturf

11. R117 behind south flower bed, from verdanturf, hard to spot

12. R119 Need Surf/Achro Bike/Waterfall (behind weather institute up waterfall)

13. R123, start from Lilicove, need cut and surf along the way

14. r124, need dive, Northwest of Mossdeep(2nd diving spot if you start from lilicove, dive and go south then resurface, brings you to Rt 126 on the map

15. Abandoned Ship

16. Mt Chimney, at the peak where you get the Ruby

17. Lavaridge town

18. R127, NEED DIVE, go southeast until you see an island with a fighter and 2 hideouts, then dive north

19. Meteor falls, up waterfall, then take the first ladder down and climb up the ladder in the southwest, where Alpha Crobat Spawns

20. Mt. Pyre, near the top, go southwest

21. Granite cave, needs mach bike (second stairs, bring flash)

22. Evergrande city, southwest in evergrande. hard to see bc of flowers

23. Scorched Slab, on r120

24. R120 in front of the regi cave south , 

25. Route 134, going through the bottom currents

26. Safari zone, going up from the entrance needs acro bike

27. Sky pillar, near the entrance

 

Unova

Hola Buenas que pena queria preguntar una cosa ya consegui las wisps pero me falta una pero lo que pasa es que encontre la ultima y ne salio creo que un gastly pero no lo derrote le di huir y no me conto la wisps, sera que esa vuelve aparecer, me falta esa para completar alguien puede ayudarme por favor

You need to go at route 9 sinnoh, there will be a lot of spiritomb.

How do you get this one? No matter where I enter Amity Square the only 2 teleporty houses I have access to just bounce me between the both of them.

There's 3 teleporters in each house. when you're inside you can go forward, left or right and they will all teleport you to different areas

Go in the right entrance from Hearthome (by the Gym). Enter the 1st house you see, walk in (up) 1 step then left 1 step and you'll be teleported to another area with another house. In that house you need to walk in (up) 1 step then walk right 1 step and you'll be at the wisp. I just did it ~2 mins ago

If someone has pictures or a link to a video where the location of all Sinnoh's wisp is shown, I will appreciate it so much. Apparently I skipped 1 when following this guide, and I have no clue which one was. Currently searching in order the entire list again 😭

 

Edited: Found it. Was the one of Valley Windworks. At the time I first got there, it had an active Umbreon Swarm. I swear I had collected it, but obviously I didn't.
