Symbol Fee To Player Ship Between Regions

Hello,

I realize that players travel a lot between regions at no cost  I think you could charge $100 PokeYen (not to make everyone poor) but to symbolize that the shipping is going to charge something which makes sense.

This might make sense in a game where its a convenience to quick travel between regions instead of taking the longer path to travel there, and not a necessity.  Without access to the boat there is no way to travel to the other regions.  I don't think its a good idea to have a fee with the current state of traveling between regions.

I have edited. I exageratted 5K per travel, I think a $100 charge then

Now answering this. And the Lures? don't they charge PokeYen? So there is no access to a starter? There is access for one region which you can fight a NPC and get $100 PokeYen.
