Get national Dex>Go to Silver Mt.>Beat Red>Beat/Catch the Lv. 100 Alpha Tyranitar>Enjoy Larvitar hordes>Go to the Ecutreak Theatre since it's cool>Go back to Vermilion City

You can repeat anything on this list, asides of the Dex thing

Spend more time  than your entire playthrough hunting Suicune. I highly recommend it so far !

You get 20 for catching Suicune, after you catch it, they can be obtained via Pickup in Johto

Yes, either in the grass or in the water, not in caves, neither cities*

*It was also intended to appear in cities but at the time of this post this is currently bugged

Everytime i'm checking at GTL about Suicune's Met was in the Cave like Mt. Mortar thou...

 

Anyway! My To-Do Lists are almost Finished & the Remaining Problems are Non Tyranitar Swarm in Mt. Silver Cave & finding Suicune.  I already Visited Tyranitar's Room in Mt. Silver Cave as 1st Time & i Caughted 2 only which 1 Normal & 1 Alpha then Leaved & Logged Out. Then when i Logged Back In & the Remaining 2 Tyranitars in Mt. Silver Cave & Interact them & suddenly Disappeared. Can someone Report this Bug about Disappearing Tyranitars even it's Permanent pls?
