EX. Ryhdon can use any Ground type move/Rock type move + damage inflicting normal type moves, which includes Hidden Power. Only normal type moves that involve direct damage will be allowed to be used on any Pokemon. This includes Hidden Power Non damaging normal type moves cannot be used. Not even on normal type Pokemon Breaking these rules will result in automatic Disqualification You CAN use the moves Whirlwind, Haze and Roar on ANY Pokemon. This tournament it is normal (since thats how it was last time this was run) As you can see almost nothing is banned, this is a tournament that is almost a test run for STAB. Now that I'm back these will happen every so often but I need a baseline as well as the tier council needs a baseline to help make banworthy decisions in the future. Link to comment

If the move doesn't deal damage then it can't be used. Also FYI for those who are also unsure, if you google the move and click the bulbapedia link it will say in pretty much the first couple sentences if its a damage dealing move. If it is then its allowed. Link to comment
