razimove
I like it, although to farm shards, I'd advice any pokemon with false swipe, preferably lvl 100, and instead of using thief, using false swipe + pokeball, breeders 1x31 sells for 10k, and they're fairly common. Link to comment

russianboxer
What an amazing guide.Good job writing so much info and making it so well organized. But what did you mean when you said Quote You should stock up on Repels, they are more efficient than Super and Max Repels because they are cheaper per step. repel 100step = 400$ (4$per step) super repel 200step = 750$ (3.75$ per step) max repel 250step = 900$ (3.6$ per step) 200step using repels would cost 800$ 250step using repels would cost 1000$ Seems odd that you get more quantity for something the cheaper you buy.Of course it would make sense to use a repel when you need only a few steps to pass wild grass and not waste extra steps when doing alt-run or something. But in your situation you are searching the wild grass for snorlax to farm left overs. Is there something im missing out from your statement or? KaynineXL 1 Link to comment

Is there something im missing out from your statement or? I'm not sure if repel prices were changed, but back a year ago or so when repel hunting was done more often(before hordes were a thing), repels were the cheapest method. Only problem is I don't have the old prices written down so I can't check. Back a couple years ago I spent like 2m on repels in search of a Shiny Heracross, so I went real in depth there to make sure I was using the most efficient method. I've double checked your prices and you're right. I'l need to amend this when I've got time. Thanks for your help mate. Edited March 18, 2017 by KaynineXL Link to comment
russianboxer
Also the cooldown for hoenn gym leaders rematch is no longer 6 hours it was changed to 20 hours. In your photo of island 7 trainers and in the profit trainer list you have missed 3 trainers (there is also a 4th one but I don't think she gives good money). They all give at least 4000 one of them is a gentlemen who I think gives 6000.Definetly worth doing em if your alredy gonna go all the way down to fight last 2 cooltrainers.Especially if your gonna do the 3 bird trainers who give 3000 each at island 5.Those 3 on island 7 are much more worth it and the distance I think is less than the birds trainers ( based from the distance from the last 2 cooltrainers) Edited March 18, 2017 by russianboxer Zehkar 1 Link to comment

The isle 7 trainers, are you refeering to the ones on the small islands? I didnt put those in because I thought it was too much effort as they are far away and require a repel unless you don't mind tentacruels popping up often. I added the bird trainers because the surf distance is small and they are grouped together, although I did colour them orange and not green, meaning they aren't the most efficient. Edit: Turns out I didnt change the bird trainers to orange, it was planned though. I could probably add the isle 7 trainer your talking about as red, like I did with the rich girl on the isolated island on isle 5. I'll amend the pictures when I've got time. Also amended the repel section. Edited March 19, 2017 by KaynineXL Zehkar 1 Link to comment

Teleclast
To anyone using this guide for the money route, the amount you get has been severely nerfed, these might still be the best trainers comparatively (I'm unsure), but to give an example the first few listed give about 1k-3k each instead of the 6-8k listed. Lady Gillian gives $3332 which is pretty good comparatively. Link to comment
