We all know that everyone hates the game corner. There's no fun; There's no pizzazz. We need something cool, something exciting to get people playing the Game Corner. I propose the Risky Chest! The Risky Chest is an item purchasable at the game corner for 9999 coins. After purchase, the Risky Chest is placed in your bag, and clicking on it will open It. The Risky Chest can hold a variety of random items or Pokemon. Among the prizes could be 1x shadow ball, 1x lucky egg, 5x hidden power, a 1-time Pokemon, or whatever else the staff sees fit as appropriate loot. Of course, this is the "Risky Chest", so you could just as easily receive a rattatta or a super potion. The best part : The Risky Chest is tradable.

So it was late at night and I was walking with my lovely Furret through the mountain side. We decided earlier that evening to stop by Mt Moon to check in on some of the locals. Upon entering, however, we were blinded by the bright lights of the cave. After my eyes began to adjust I wondered... Are the Zubats emitting some kind of light that makes the cave brighter than the outside night sky? EDIT-- Just to clarify. I'm not asking for Rock Tunnel-type darkness. I did some calculations for the dragon rage/night shade strategy: Lowest possible hp: Haunter: 48 hp(lv 20) Larvitar: 40hp (lv15) Sneasel: 73 hp(lv30) Misdreavus: 58hp (lv22) note: misdreavus can be lv 15-22 in item rooms Shuppet: (lvls 18-28) 43, 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55, 58, 60, 62 respectively

I'm extremely hesitant to make even more Pokémon available right now. 2/3 of the possible 'Dex is available, not including Legendaries, which gives very little to look forward to with new regions. While we're making a few new Pokémon accessible with Day/Night spawns, I think we've hit the limit as to what we can shove into Kanto and keep spawns canon.

Yes it is safe to assume a uniform distribution of levels (bulbapedia's encounter rates and lvl are pretty accurate) the OP says: Beat the Elite 4, so it's assumes that your pokemon are at quite high lvl

I don't spell improperly very often other than the odd typo here and there; however, when you see someone correcting someone's grammar/spelling on a kid's game, it just shows you how insecure they are to have to correct someone who most likely is a child.
