I play LC since 2018, and in all this time I can see people who play LC for differents reasons. Some players play because want prizes, other guys want play in tag teams, others just enjoy play LC whit his friends, others just enjoy play in team tournaments... You cant think all players play just for one reason (or yes, you can, but its a mistake). The problem with your comparison is this: If you know about a cc with a 2x31 4x29 normal prize and in that moment u have another thing to do, maybe u dont do a big effort to stay free and play the tour. But if you see about a good prize tour, maybe yes u try to play.

We did. LC players did guides about LC to try teach others players here on forums, and u cant see how much we try ingame with our friends/teammates. LC players want matchmaking: and when we cant get it, players like @ProfesorEinsteinnn or @calidubstep try to help paying and hosting events (sorry if I miss somebody) and @Poufilou did a discord server to try give us a little way to get matchmaking: We can have a lot of mistakes and im sure so much things can be better, maybe u dont like LC or whatever, but u cant say "Go and touch your own Nose and do something about it." I really cant understand why staff take this desition, really cant see how they think this help to the game. Now I think we only can wait to see HOW they remove LC, if they just remove official tours, (well, isnt like we have so much officials now) or if they remove ALL (tier in pokedex, lc option in duel request), and that maybe confirm about how the staff listen to the community.

Its funny play this events. U can play just to get cash and look the best way to get money (5th boss fast and reset I think), play to farm items and wait months to get more cash or just try to get the best score. U choice your best way to play, or if u dont want play. WIth a few events in past years I learn this: Firsts days on events its better sell all things, and if u want buy (vanitys for example) wait until last event days. U can talk about win more or less cash, but never about lose or "waste" money. Personally and talking with my friends/team group, we all want participate from the start.

But u know too, can't believe they did this and inocents day have a "same" way to celebrate, do jokes. Maybe Slurpuff did a mistake with the name of the celebration, but we all understand about what he was talking. Staff have members from Latin America, so a lot of people (Me included) dont know where from is Darkshade, so yesterday we think in that, a joke from inocents day.
