Can we bring back LC (LittleCup) Tier Officially?
While I wasn't here during the LC days, I don't think "not being able to fill tournaments" should be a valid complain towards LC. Many UU and NU tournaments also fail to reach the player limit, including a UU season finale some time ago. Just the fact that it would be a new shiny thing would bring many people into LC and boost the playerbase even more

Just wanted to note that zam is not in gen9 so it can't have movepool buffs, before it gets added by accident (zam fans seethe)

[PvP Updates] Gen 9-2 DLC and Reverse Nerfs
To calculate Sharpness boosted damage, if you're on the SV part of the calculator, you can also change Gallade's ability to Supreme Overlord and put 4 allies fainted (not annoying at all, I know)

[PvP Updates] Gen 9-2 DLC and Reverse Nerfs
Hi, thanks for the post and for keeping us updated; I have a couple of questions: Is this a full list of the moveset updates? Or just the ones you (TC) felt were more relevant? Because, while I do not have a full list of the new moves, I'm noticing at least one missing (Haze Empoleon) and as such I don't know if it wasn't added by accident, as a deliberate choice or for any other reason. I don't fully understand this change. I do get how this was the first change (as far as I know) where a number was changed instead of a move being removed, but isn't the goal of a nerf to make the metagame as balanced as possible and not "to weaken the specie as little as possible"? As you said, Gallade sits at around 6% usage, which means it stands above hundreds of Pokemon in terms of viability in OU. Why is this not just fine? How much usage % should Gallade have? Why does it have to be OU? To add more, while I do admit I have not checked any calcs myself so far, I do think that there should be more reasons to such a change, similarly to a suspect test. Does this change break any interaction? Do you believe OU has changed and is currently unbalanced to the point where there is a need for a stronger breaker?

October-2023 Movement Discussion
Sacred Fire is a gen2 move so Entei will get it, which not only will be very annoying to switch into thanks to its burn chance, but also has no recoil which effectively increases the bulk difference between the two (it does have low PP, though). Pressure is alright, but can be used effectively with, like razimove said, a special cm set (sub protect lava plume, or even with Toxic over one of the status moves). One day™ it might also get its HA which is more useful for physical attacking variants. 95 -> 100 is a pretty relevant speed jump as well

October-2023 Movement Discussion
I personally think Medicham is deserving of a test. While it is an amazing wall breaker, it comes with a lot of weaknesses, like many of its kind. It's slow compared to other offensive pokemon, while lacking a strong reliable priority move (with Fake out being OK at chipping, but with its first turn limitation, and Bullet Punch being incredibly weak without STAB and a steel move; both still have their uses) and frail. Its typing leaves it with almost no defensive utility which means it requires aggressive play to get use out of it. It is true that Medicham can be tough to switch into, but so can be many other pokemon, including (ex ;-; ) tier king Blaziken. Fighting+Psychic are a good STAB combination, but both are flawed, both having quite a number of resistances and 1 immunity each. Its frailty makes it so that getting a play wrong with it can be very dangerous. I think it is more likely to stay that to it being banned, but it's still something that has to be under the radar for now. Venomoth

I think the cooldown is 7 days after you beat him, update resetted him like it resets berries' water timer. I don't know if it's intentional but updates are rare enough that it wont matter anyways

Implementing Rainbow Quills to the BP Shop
What I meant earlier is that making a fixed price is very likely not going to happen. You can "buy" quills with bp already by selling items from the bp shop though no? For me the huge issue is how dumb it is to get Suicune, I can't see how one can be happy with their finished product being a slow and boring slot machine

Implementing Rainbow Quills to the BP Shop
In my opinion they are expensive now because they have just released. Give it not too much time and there will be plenty for everyone for cheap. They also can't be really sold with bp as that would make them have a fixed price (which would be equivalent to whatever you're paying in cash, so there is no difference if they cost BP really).

[UU Suspect Test] Porygon-Z
I fear you misunderstood the issue I'm talking about. I have no problem expressing my opinion, and will do even though I am not the best of players, however what I am talking about is that a proper Suspect Test doesn't exist in PokeMMO. On Smogon a Suspect test is a period where people can ladder to reach some requirements (usually a good win rate in a minimum amount of games) to be able to vote, whether it's an unban or ban process. In this way players that prove that are good enough to reach consistency and have an understanding of the tier at the time of the suspect are rewarded with a way to voice their opinion. It's used for problems that are not easy to decide, for which the Council of the tier decide to gather more opinions. Quickbans are reserved for threats that are clearly problematic (something like Kyogre in OU), where taking multiple weeks to gauge if they fit in the tier would be clearly considered a waste a time. In PokeMMO Suspect Tests are nothing more than a notice the Tier Council gives to the competitive community to let it know that X is going to have action taken against sometime in the future (another problem would be the length of these, to be honest. It's already been 1 month for the suspects in UU and NU). The key problem is that, in my opinion, community input is more or less not very useful, because the final say is the councilmen's. To be clear, that is totally fair. Tier council members SHOULD vote for what they personally believe is best. They should NOT try to "represent" the community and go with what seems to be the general consensus (which is quite hard to know, on divisive topics). They are chosen as tier council members because it is believed that their ability is enough that the community trusts them with the task of making each tier a more competitive and enjoyable environment. So to be clear my issue is not with the Tier Council. Sorry for the lengthy post but I wanted my point to be clearer.

[UU Suspect Test] Porygon-Z
No, sorry but you're completely wrong. What I am talking about is (in my opinion) an issue that is not meta specific, or about any tier in specific. It's a tiering issue, where I feel like Suspect Tests are not really useful at in the current state as it only gives the illusion of player participation. Also that is off topic (and my post kinda is as well, but less so)
-
[UU Suspect Test] Porygon-Z
The main reason in my opinion is that these are not really suspect tests, they are more delayed Quickbans(/unbans). Discussion rarely makes people change opinions (which is fair), especially over pokemon stuff where change in opinions happens through experience. So personally I find using time to write detailed posts on "suspect tests" a waste. I don't know if I'm the only one feeling this way

[Non-Official Discussion] Timer Rule
There is no need to change anything in the time limit rule. As long as both players are aware of this win condition, both can formulate an appropriate game plan and play to win. It's fair to both players. Offer tie button doesn't have any negative effect I can think of but it isn't a priority (unlike Weather/Screens turn counter, etc.).
