Each one spawns on a different side of the route. Chimchar can be found on the west side (from Eterna City) and Skarmory on the east (from Celestic Town).

Yep. I had 398 hours of playtime. It was a shiny Snorunt from a swarm in Seafoam Islands. It was male and had 31 Defense IV. I sold it for 3m. 😢
