    I would recommend getting rid of Protect on Cofa, using hex or spikes. Pain split works wonders vs Bliss/Chansey & also some conks if they start to bulk up when you below %70. Considering you have leftovers instead of Rocky helmet it should be fine. 
    However you can also try Rocky helm to chip down on those physical attacks but wouldn't do that without some wish support to keep cofa healthy + Pain Split. 

    Don't really know why you got Protect on Exca, Assuming to lock in choice users + scout the move set.
    Agreed with Think, Mixed Chomp with Scarf doesn't like being locked in 1v1 any other dragons, try using Life orb. Or Sash if you can afford it. 

    Also life orb on Volca, very interesting. You can also try Passho berry. (water weakening berry) should survive a hydro pump from opposing Rotom-W.

    What defines a "good" team/guild?

    From my experience, Just join a team that ends up making your life enjoyable playing MMO. 
    the true purpose of teams is to bring the community together while making more friends/Improving. 

    You might run into some really terrible teams, or you might find just the right one right off the bat. 
    Some recommendations if you plan to change teams would be Foxy - Meow - OpTc - Bsdo - Lem - Mr are all "Hybrid" teams, Sole focus be Shiny hunting or PvP but Family-based as well. 
    Language based teams i would suggest Fall - NoyP or Past.

    Some teams are more active then others, keeping in mind of work & school, You might see a increase of activity with events or you might be on a team that's got a focused time zone to yours. (Can also check their last log-in date via member list)

    Ban appeal system

    Speaking from experience of having a 7-day Ban with the reason of "Scam" & had the provided proof otherwise & getting approved after further reviewing, I can ensure you they do check all of them. 
    Having any connection with staff is merely a friendship | small talk | Catching up & that's it. 
    When it comes down to doing their job, they can't be biased.. no matter how well they know someone, even within the staff ranks included they get the same treatment if they did something wrong.

    RMT is straight up banned, end of story. 
    Better safe then sorry because %90 of them will make a ban appeal so they can review it further regardless.
