Hi, a bit late to responding but theres a lot of things my old list doesn't properly take into account. Things such as dual horde encounter rates, evolution trees, leppa hunts/time from PC to SS area etc. Just thought i'd drop that info real quick 🙂

IMHO I would Nerf Sharpness from a +50% boost to a +20% boost, kinda similar to an iron fist boost Gallade can still be a strong and effective wall breaker but is easier to deal with and doesn't always 2HKO everything in the tier

Should be mentioned that Nidoqueen is no longer usable in NU, IMHO you could replace Nidoqueen with something like sceptile which covers Hounds ground and water weakness and hound can cover ice and fire and proc flash fire
