Sharpedo down from A -> B+. Get's walled too easily by things like Poliwrath, Blastoise, Bellosom that are pretty common in the NU tier. Octillery from C -> B With having a respectable speed with 252 speed investment and a +speed nature, Octillery is able to outspeed any wall not named Raichu. Having an incredible movepool (Psychic, Signal Beam, Flamethrower, Surf, Water Spout, Psychic) can do really well to break walls. With the right use Octillery can break a lot of walls. I think it deserves a higher rank then C. Golduck from A -> B I think it just gets simply outclassed by Blastoise atm. Having that Cloud9 ability and calm mind is pretty good, but the offensive set just isn't that bulky to really set up with calm mind. Might be just me though but I never really liked Golduck. Seviper from B -> C It has literally 0 usage. I don't see any reason to use it though. I guess a C rank is fine then.

Also add Golem in B+ or A Has really nice physical attack and defense. If just right this thing is an absolute monster. Sturdy is also a really good ability to have. Counters Fearow very well aswell. CB stab EQ hits basically everything hard that isn't immune to it. Having 2 stabs and superpower it hits hard with the right predictions.

The moveset that BlackJovi mentioned is the best imo. You could also use Rain Dance for a swift swim team.

Mr Mime: Rank B+ Mr Mime has a pretty good speed, nice sp Def and great sp atk. I prefer the specs set but Scarred works pretty well as well to outspeed sweepers and any Absol. Scarfed Mr Mime Signal Beam has a really small % to OHKO Absol. Also having a good move pool, (psychic, tbolt and signal beam) I like to pair it with a twave user for the speed control or a second special attacker. Trick is pretty nice to use against a Raichu or Keckleon that will switch in most of the times.

I would like to see a discussion about Victreebell in the NU tier. Victreebell can be used as a growth life orb, Sunny day user or mixed swords dance pokemon (You already see it has several set's that can be used and all work very good. Having that toxic immunity (a move that is used pretty often) and having free switches against most Raichu's and Poliwrath's or predicted toxic's. Victreebell is a really good wallbreaker where even the current special defensive walls (kecleon, raichu and muk) that will switch in most of the times don't appreciate a +2 return or getting poisoned by sludge bomb. Yes it's not the fastest pokemon in the tier but I still think with his high attack, high special attack and several proper sets that can be used, it is a really strong (maybe too strong) pokemon in NU.
