  1. Honestly I don't really care, in the sense that if an update happens, it happens, if not, then I'm not really too fussed.
  2. Kyu has had that profile picture for months how did you only notice it now?
  3. Having a read through, you could drop every single BL1 mon to UU at once, but unless TC takes swift action and starts reviewing/actioning each BL/other threatening mon 1 by 1 within a few days maximum like when Staraptor's HA originally got introduced, nothing is going to change. Simply dropping everything and then using the standard suspect procedure is just not going to work since it takes too long and will only make any existing problems worse. UU and NU have generally changed so much beyond recognition lately seeing Pokemon that shouldn't even be there in the first place (e.g. Blissey/Cofagrigus/Salamence UU) and NU being extremely match up fishing lately. It'd be good to have a swift course of action now in advance of other HAs and legendaries being implemented.
  4. I'm not sticking up for the devs, but people like you annoy me with a passion with your self-entitlement. They worked incredibly hard on Johto which was hyped for by the community for years and introduced a bunch of new hordes, a new money-making method (Red), and hopefully new features like the Bug Catching Contest, etc. which will benefit the PvE side of the game. They're finally introducing more legendaries (I don't agree with the method of obtaining them) which will cause a meta-shift to PvP alongside the remaining HAs once they get released. They're currently working on raids, a brand new feature that is confirmed to include a range of HAs, item drops and other stuff. Staff themselves have introduced a new event (shiny wars) with a very rare cosmetic prize, so they're definitely trying new things behind the scenes. I'm already seeing 1,000 posts about Kalos, what next, why not ask them to introduce the Galar region and implement Dynamax, Teras, and a bunch of other unrealistic graphics and mechanics? The one thing I do understand the frustration with is the lack of communication (e.g. Wishing Stone which I'm glad I didn't waste my life on) - it would be good for staff to clarify some things like this instead of everything being a 'surprise' factor, just so people know the purpose as I understand that giving an ETA on releases can go horribly wrong. TLDR - Stop being self-entitled, staff are working on features and yes there've been loads of delays and miscommunication, but be grateful there's actually a Pokemon game which is way more maintained and successful compared to other MMOs. Also nobody takes your posts seriously anyway.

  6. It's classified as Uber so I don't think it will be available
  7. Goooo team [Moo]!!! Future TOTY winners soonTM
  8. This is what Gallade is for, sets like AV or SD decimates these teams easily As for the Ditto, it's pretty easy to play around especially if your an AV set
  9. Excluding my own team, from strongest to weakest... 1. TheDH 2. Quinn 3. Mkns 4. Warwito 5. Poseidon 6. Xigbaar 7. Noodle P.S. I know how it feels having your team predicted last so use this as motivation as we were able to and won the whole event
  10. Take Maple and Wrath, 300k each
  11. IGN + Discord: Incognition (for both) Time Zone (UTC/GMT): GMT+1 Preferred tiers: LC Showdown Fluff: Admittedly not sure how much time I can invest, I'll give my all if I'm picked but likely prefer being sub.
  12. I noticed ChatGPT in your posts, which I don't really appreciate. They don't seem fun at all. With warmest regards, Incognition
  13. I would like to thank @Luke for coming up with this event and for giving me the opportunity to be a manager. Thank you @RysPicz @Shadow for giving your time and commitment to host a high-quality event despite there being many difficult decisions to be made, I hope you both will be able to host similar events in the future. I would like to thank @YourAngst for being an amazing co-manager, a lot of people may have been surprised by my decision since you may not be as well known by the wider community, but I knew from the very beginning that you would be an amazing help, and I was not wrong at all - your time, dedication and input was invaluable and I greatly appreciate that. You are definitely talented and I hope you decide to co-manage/manage similar events in the future. I would like to thank @Razachu for helping our team to breed the resources they need at short notice, your support was much appreciated. And a huge thank you to every single one of my teammates - @Biramontes @Matthzinxl @Xigbar @cochetas @Gunthug @ShanQi @pablobacas @DrakeHope @Sebat @MaatthewMLG You came to this event respecting me as a manager, and despite so many people doubting our draft and team, each of you came with a positive attitude, putting rivalries aside to help each other out with scouting, teambuilding, practising, and providing a positive environment. Despite having a tough first week, you all came out stronger each time, eventually coming out as deserved winners. Now for individual shoutouts: @Biramontes - You have been an amazing player, I didn't know who you are as a person, but I saw you performing strongly on the OU ladder and thought you would be a great addition. You had a very solid performance, it was good to see you become more recognised by top players in the game and I'm glad I got to know you better, you're a really nice guy and you have huge potential. @Matthzinxl - You came at short notice due to one of our players having to drop out, but you immediately made an impact with your positivity and dedication and finished unbeaten at 4-0, clutching the final tiebreaker. I hope you savour this moment for a very long time, well deserved and thank you so much. @Xigbar - Although you were only able to play one week, your efforts in making sure we got the practice we needed was really valuable, your support was also amazing and you were our lucky charm, once again being on the winning team. Thank you so much for all your help. @cochetas - Many people outside VOW may have been surprised by my pick, but you are a very skilled player across all tiers and your performance showed. You grabbed some valuable wins and you have a positive future ahead. @Gunthug - I'm glad you were able to get back into the DPP scene, you've proven that you've still got the skills and despite your real life commitments, I appreciate the effort you put in to play and win the matches when we needed them most. Thank you and you're a great guy. @ShanQi - Despite a tough start, you didn't let this get to you and you helped us grab some important wins. I also see you doing well in tournaments, you are a friendly person and I hope we get to be on the same team in the future. @pablobacas - The one I need to single out and say the biggest thank you to. You have admittedly carried us for so many weeks, including some very intense matches which not only decided the week, but brought us to the tiebreaker. You fully deserve not only the MvP BO3 OU, but the overall MvP with an amazing 7-1 record. @DrakeHope - Your support has been amazing and a learning experience for me was to make you my captain as you helped to resolve stuff with other teams. As a player, I don't know how other teams didn't draft you, because apart from WarwitoX you brought the most wins in LC and will always be one of the best in the tier, thank you so much. @Sebat - Your support, teambuilding advice, and attitude have been amazing. You grabbed us some wins which proved vital in a competition which had a huge amount of high quality players. @MaatthewMLG - Although you were only able to play one game, I'm glad you had a chance to shine and thank you for staying on the server and supporting us throughout the event. @UTR - moo Finally, I enjoyed this event overall and could not have asked for a better team. Admittedly as a manager, it took a lot of my time alongside my other commitments, but it was absolutely worth it to see the whole team come together and win. This experience as a manager was invaluable, and gave me good memories of Optic, and I hope that this experience helps me to gain the credentials I need to manage in the highest event like PSL when the time comes.... Thank you.
  14. I totally forgot about this, please can you send a reminder somewhere? Sorry to hear about your issues by the way hope it all get resolved.
  15. You will upset all the stall players
  16. It's really sad to see this happened to you Art, it's been amazing how much you've developed as a competitive player in such a short space of time and I really do hope you join us on the showdown scene. Having said that, I mirror what everyone said and don't understand the inconsistency here. As mentioned, PoseidonWrath and Gbwead (tier council) at the time were banned for a week in a final, a player who clearly wintraded to get the #3 crown on OU ladder getting a 24 hour ban when our teammate lost 3 months of hard work and grind because of it (the ban wouldn't have happened if they were innocent), multiple wintrading reports on the doubles ladder (e.g. EYL or whoever it was that had clear evidence) with no substantial action being done, and even continuous suspicious matches happening now, yet in a round which had no significant impact and no significant amount (1,000,000 is nothing now with all due respect), gets a perm ban with no warning whatsoever and an appeal denied? At least unlike many others, Art has had the courage to publicly admit what he's done in public compared to many who act all innocent and deny it. It makes me ask staff members - who is moderating these situations and who makes the final decision? I find it harsh that players who clearly invest many hours in the community and have made a positive impact gets treated like this, compared to the several things that go around the game unpunished. In my opinion Art deserves a second chance based on these factors, I've seen people do way worse and have been given another chance, he's clearly learned from his mistake (we've all had bad days and tilted etc) but I think consistency is something we've never had in this game.
  17. With all due respect to the devs, I would much rather instead of putting all their time into overrated raids, doing weekly/monthly small patches to fix these ongoing bugs and visual glitches, for example, the masterball icon which shows instead of an item etc... I would much rather have a functional game than an update which people will get bored of and also just cause a million new bugs...
