Suicune doubt

Hi Guys,

 

The legendary Suicune can be captured? and if the answer is "YES BABY", how can i do it? after of before of beating the E4 or something?

YES BABY, and you can catch it once you have defeated Ho-oh, it will spawn randomly in wild encounters in the grass or in the water (not in caves) Best of luck

What happen with the other 2 legendary dogs ? cuz the rainbow feather says can be used on any of the 3.. 🤔

What happens if you kill it or run away from it by accident? Respawns or you lose it?

You don't lose it forever If you fail to catch it but its encounter rate goes up. This includes if you kill it, it kills you, you run, etc.

Yes it can be found as shiny but you get one chance, it cannot be rerolled.

I'm really confused, Suicune and the rest of the legendary dogs, will they be able to be captured for a limited time like the Shaymin event or will they be in the region permanently?

Suicune isn't tied to an event, so it will be permanently available. Just only once per character.

Lugia is the KOTH legendary for Johto, similar to rayquaza, mewtwo, keldeo etc.
