It took me 18 hours to find mine, I found it before the E4

si on passe suicune le taux de rencontre augmente d'accord mais question :

 

il augmente jusqu'a combien de %?.

 

car si une personne ne veut pas le capturé (même si le % est très faible) a la longue si il n'y a pas de limite il sera de 100% alors on tombera toujours dessus!

At this point I am convinced they are just sadist. Imagine implying we would have fun figuring out the rates (Something impossible to do either way), in the most boring ad pointless system in the game lmao.
