Pumpcat Hunter: Hide and Seek with the Cat

Below is a list of places where Pumpcat appears, in order.

 

In order to unlock Pumpcat, Pumpking needs to be beaten on Easy Mode. He awards XP Candy for finding him, awarding bigger candy the more you find him. Below is a list of locations

 

It is worth noting Pumpcat MIGHT not be at Driftveil at the beginning. If not, check 1-5 for the first region, once the first 5 have been found in the Cities with Pumpking, 6-25 should be the same for everyone here on out.

#2 - Lavender Town, Kanto, Next to Pumpking
#3 - Solaceon Town, Sinnoh, Next to Pumpking
#4 - Ecruteak City, Johto, Between Pumpking and Dance Theater
#5 - Fallabor Town, Hoenn, Near Pumpking

#6 - Slateport City, Hoenn, At the Market

#7 - Olivine City, Johto, Go back inside to the ferry and go back outside on the left.

#8 - Mistraltion City, Unova, Under the Plane next to the Gym

#9 - Celestic Town, Sinnoh, In the cave in the middle of the town

#10 - Eterna City, Sinnoh, Behind Dialga Statue

#11 - Rustboro City, Hoenn, Devon Corp 2F, Working
#12 - Cinnabar Island, Kanto, Middle Room, Working

#13 - Fuchsia City, Kanto, Inside the Gym

#14 - Icirrus City, Unova, Next to the windmill south of Pokemon Center

#15 - Violet City, Johto, Suft east from Sprout Tower

#16 - Saffron City, Kanto, In Copycat's Room playing games (House is North West in CIty)

#17 - Jubilife City, Sinnoh, In the House South West from Pokemon Center, on 2F

#18 - Cherrygrove City, Johto, Surf West then Rock Climb

#19 - Goldenrod City, Johto, Inside the Shopping Mall Atrium, 6F

#20 - Lilicove CIty, Hoenn, Inside Contest Hall, Blue Arena (Thanks OfficialDarku)

#21 - Sootopolis City, Hoenn, Fail final Gym Ice Puzzle

#22 - Oreburgh City, Sinnoh, East to Mine Entrance

#23 - Celadon City, Kanto, On Roof, Eevee Room (Thanks to Blobbles)

#24 - Opelucid City, Unova, Inside Drayden's House 2F (Thanks to JsMeta)

#25 - Castelia City, Unova, Inside the Cafe - Once you fly to casteila city PC, take the second alley on the left. when you enter the alley, the cafe will be on the right (Thanks ToddGold for location, DragoTamer for informative directions)

 

Reward: Alpha Zorua is Catchable at the 25th encounter.

After getting this one, it sent me to somewhere in Sinnoh. I checked Devon corp (twice) and didn't find the cat there. Could the rotations change during time?

If you beat pumpking on easy mode he'll reward you with the scary clown mask.
