This is obviously "Pseudo-PU" because this is not an official tier. A Pokemon is defined PU in this series when it falls under 4,36% usage in the NU tier. This series will always follow the current usage board which can be found here. For clarification banned Pokemon are below. This first edition is 4v4 just to see if we get players at all. Sorry for a bit short notice but I have nothing to do today so I made it now.
