Hi,
Since you last played a level cap was implemented in all regions where you can no longer level past a specific level unless you have the required gym badge. To prevent players getting 'trapped' by this change, existing parties were automatically reset to your level cap, your pokemon will level up again when you acquire each required gym badge.

Additionally, Makuhita has also decided to come help out harvesting the energy and can be found on the top floor.
Hosts Tip: To find some of the bonus giving pokemon, you'll have to find them via Rock Smash encounters on the bottom floor (be sure to bring HM Flash with you). Staff for this event will be primarily located on the top floor.

That's not the reason why. LC tournaments are typically made with 32 seats as it's the seat quantity we know we are able to fill/almost fill without risking any possibility of event cancellation. Where we have run 64 man LC tours in the past, participation had been low as the mid 30's (a tour is auto cancelled if it doesn't fill 50% of seats) which is why 64 man LC is not as common. However, if a significant number of players are getting left out e.g. 50+/32 in the queue, having another go at 64 man is something that is possible to be explored.
NB Whilst I'm referring more specifically to standard official tours, it's worth noting that 32 man LC CC's have not really been fully filled as of late. -

- All Pokémon must remain unchanged (untrained/unevolved...)
- Evolved or unevolved forms of the listed Pokémon will not be accepted as a valid entry
- You must be the OT of the Pokémon
- You must link your entry to any participating staff member via whisper to submit it
- In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by earliest catch time
