In order to participate you must sign up by either commenting, reacting to this post, or informing me through other means (sign up ends when the event begins)
To win 1st-10th places you just have to be one of the first 10 people to get a shiny
You can only submit one entry
All shinies must be caught within the event time
Egg hatches require proof to show that you didn't breed 2 shinies together
You must be the OT of the Pokémon
You must link your entry to any participating host by whisper, Discord DM, or commenting on this post
 
Prizes:
The Prize pool consists of 10 mystery boxes that each contain a shiny and a cosmetic item totaling in ~5mil in value. Each winner will select a number and that will determine which box they receive, each box will be assigned a random number. The first to find a shiny will select between 1-10, the second will select between 1-9, ect.

Blaziken is really good but one dimensional. There are pretty good ways to check the build it uses and when you know it playing around gets alot easier. 
 
I would like to see a meta without Blaziken anyway. 

I wouldn't mind Blaziken moving up for a month or 2 to see how the meta not only changes but warped around it. I don't know anyone that makes a NU team and doesn't think about how to counter Blaziken. It's stab coverage hits the tier pretty hard and NU has limited options to be solid counters to it. Not to mention outside of the extremely common scarf set you can be caught off guard by a band or orb set and be 2 shot even on bulkier Pokemon. In conclusion you either have to guarantee you're faster or run one of the few pokes that resist both it's stabs. Also can't be burned.

I started shunting it yesterday and i got super lucky but it fled after only 1 ball and since i may never get it again im glad i screenshotted it so i can preserve the memory at least...

The most important rules of this run are no trading, no gtl, all self sufficient, no donator status or shiny charm, you must announce your attempting the run or have SOMETHING on screen indicating as such like a timer with splits and the most IMPORTANT rule is that it has to be done in 1 session, UNSEGEMENTED like a normal speedrun, for example my first attempt of this i streamed 10 hours straight, didnt get the shiny, so next attempt i had to start a new account from scratch again.
