    Some payment methods might take up to 48 hours to be confirmed on Xsolla's system. If you are using an instant method such as credit card and the problem persists, you must talk to Xsolla's support about it.

    You can contact their support to clarify the situation. To do so, open the Gift Shop in game, click on "Get More Reward Points" and click on "BUY" on any RP amount. On the next page, scroll down to see Xsolla's support icon:

    You've beaten all regions so it's not possible you would be shiny locked.

    Shiny lock could only occur on characters that play for excessive amount of time without making story progress and making enough progress will lift the restriction as well.

     

    The shiny odds in PokeMMO are 1/30,000 so it is normal that players will sometimes go long amounts of time or even go over odds when looking for a shiny.

    Encountering a shiny is never guaranteed but with enough determination you're bound to find one eventually so don't give up and we wish you luck!

    If you want to appeal a ban you may do so by raising a ticket at our support portal:

    Please ensure that you log in using the credentials of the affected account.

    If you have already raised an appeal ticket, please wait patiently for a reply. If you have already appealed and your appeal was rejected, then the decision is final and the ban is irreversible. There is  no further line of appeal. Additionally, bans which are more than 6 months old are also irreversible. Unless you have been told otherwise, you may make a new account if you wish to play the game again.

    Please type /Unstuck in chat or click on "unstuck" in Settings > Utility.
    This will move you to the starting city after you wait 120 seconds without moving, and enable you to proceed.

    If it's a "trade with a held item" evolution then you can just "use" the item on those pokemon from your bag like an evolution stone.

    The others need a trade but you can just trade it back and forth with another player or ask for assistance from an available staff member in the global chat.

    If you were to trade with yourself you would need to use 2 separate accounts and devices to be able to do that.

    No one deals with appeals outside of the support platform so if you already made an appeal we suggest that you remain patient and if your appeal gets rejected then the decision is final and we cannot help you.

    There are no external factors like the one you mentioned.

    Encountering a shiny is never guaranteed but with enough determination you're bound to find one eventually so don't give up and we wish you luck!
