Hello there, in order to start losing points you have to be above 600 Elo, and you will lose them ~2 weeks after your last ranked match, until 600, it can't be lower than that. Hope this helps.

Matchmaking seasons last 3 months and it lasts during:
1st January - 31st March
1st April - 30th June
1st July - 30th September
1st October - 31st December.
 
Season Finale happens on following dates:
2nd Last Saturday & Sunday of Season: NU/UU
Last Saturday & Sunday of Season: OU/Doubles

This is the final bracket unless any team will not be present. No team will be added to the bracket tho.
#1 and #2 teams from 2022 with a bye, next month in case of byes we will go with general standings, so basically Champions-2nd place - 3rd place. 2022 general standings in case of tie break in those.
 
 
As for the matches layout, I will announce it before the start of tournament. With event ongoing, most possible outcome is:
 
Matches 1-4 on channel 3 - Cosmooth and AustinMMO:
