We currently have many types of pokemon gifts, including:
1- Starters
2- Pokemon given by NPCs
3- Pokemons Traded with NPCs
4- PvP tournament prizes
5- Capture event prizes
6- PvP reward
 
The main difference between gift pokemon and normal ones is that they are non-tradeable and cannot be bred. From this we know that there is no way to change the IV and nature of these pokemon.
With the release of new pokemon such as Shaymin and the Legendary Beasts, items were added that change IV and nature (herb of nature, gracidea, rainbow quill),
 
My suggestion is that an item that changes the IV of Gift pokemons be added and that the nature herb works on them too.
 
In the original games we have an item that already plays a role similar to this, they are the Bottle Cap. For copyright reasons (as the name of the Assault Vest item was changed to Assault Gear) I made these sprites using the bottle cap and vitamin (item that boosts ev and pp) as inspiration:

So that these items are not so unbalanced, IV UP would increase or decrease one of the IVs by one point, IV MAX would let the user choose a value between 0-31 of an IV.
These items could be obtained as pvp rewards, purchased from NPCs for a fair price or as prizes from Events or Tournaments.
 
With the addition of these items to various pokemons for pvp rewards or catch events, even the starters will have more viability and be used more. Many Tournaments and Events give out shiny Pokemon as prizes, making them more viable will be a good choice.

Could we get an official goodie bag legend for the items in the bag? or something that does showcase items in goodie bags?
I, and I'm assuming other players just google Pokemmo ""goodie bag name" "year" items" every time we wonder what's in them.
There are very sweet players that take time out of their day to find out and write out the items in the goodie bags so we don't have to guess yearly.
and since that's happening, it kind of makes no sense to hide those items behind the "mystery" allure, I would say that it only helps scammers that could easily tell players
that don't check what are in the bags to sell for a price that they're unaware of.
 

Maybe place it somewhere on the Summary screen, below the Egg Group, for example. 
 

Hello! its not a big deal so but my suggestion is adding PC to secret base / or just adding a boxes command to the same decoration pc/laptop on the base if possible cause
sometimes ppl just feels like wishing if there was a way to hatch eggs on their secret base but there is no way.
 
this might be impossible i guess since the original games doesn't have it but if it's possible for devs to make , i guess it would be great.

Hello! I am VelvetLlama. This is going to be my suggestion on bringing back the LC (Little Cup) tier Officially. I saw it was an Official Tier back Pre-2020. (Announcement was made stating they are ending the tier officially on Dec. 28th 2020) but I think enough time has passed and still see an active community in the Tier that it should be taken into consideration to bring it back. 
I have some reasons why I think we should bring it back officially. First one is because it is one of the unofficial formats that I have been seeing a lot about it again. We have the LCPL (Little Cup Premier League) tournaments that are held yearly with HUGE prize-pools, the PokeMMO World Cups, and also the LC club weekly tournaments. Along with the Recent Patrouski Video on covering the Multiverse Tournament that is coming up has shed a lot of light onto the semi forgotten tier. 
 
There has been some discussion about dilemmas and solutions of the tier in previous topics that are on the forums. Like example, “The LC tier had a lot of bans and even ability bans (Download). Devs do not like tiers with a lot of bans.” The most likely problem is that tiers with high ban-lists are difficult to control. So a solution is simple: Leave the LC still under the control of the LC Club. What club leaders or moderators of the club can do is notify the devs in case of Bans on the monthly movement thread when the next one opens like I assume the tier council already does for the other tiers. The LC tier did not have a large player base because devs did not give us LC matchmaking, so that's an easy fix as well. Will they most likely have a smaller player-base on start? Yes, I believe that it's normal with any introduction of something new. But the player-base will increase with time, especially when most lucrative tours are on LC, so a lot of players will want to play and go for these prizes. Like the Multiverse Tournament stated above. I don’t think it would impact the other tiers at all. As they all already have a decent player base. Some might say that The LC tier didn't have a very versatile meta-game and was always defined by very high usage mons that usually ended up banned. But isnt that how OU is currently is to a point? Take example Gallade and the sharpness ability. Was brought in, Banned instantly due to how overpowered it was and its usage, and now it has been nerfed hard. Each Tier has its ups and downs but overall I think bringing back this Tier officially would be a good thing for alot of people as it brings a more unique experience with PokeMMO and its PvP.

Adding some extra phase species to break apart the 80% blocks (where possible) is planned for a future update.

i'm not an avid shiny hunter so i don't have much say in this, but couldn't it have been more fun to just add more pokemon to the horde pool? like if you want larvitar to be 20% horde add onix, graveler, rhyhorn and sneasel hordes or something. this way the rarer shinies are still rare but atleast you dont have to go through 4 onix and instead you go through onix. graveler, rhyhorn, sneasel for some variety. and you just make the shinies you want to be more common avaliable in more areas.

This has so far been a very successful rollout of a new preventative anticheat system. Less than 3% of players who have logged in since the update have been kicked off due to it, and most of them have been able to resolve the issue by following the instructions provided.
 
So far, we've identified a few apps which are incorrectly coded which makes them look like an autoclicker. The ones we've noted are ad skippers which hijack all apps / surveillance software (e.g. for parental monitoring of kids).
 
We recommend anyone affected by this to follow the instructions here and disable everything to determine if they have a misbehaving application we haven't identified.

Gotta love the hypocrisy of changing your own 4y old+ feature under "bug fixes". 

One thing @Rache said was that she implemented larvitar in horde as a type of "reward" for players being able to complete the OT Pokedex. Which is already a tedious process to do. So now when you have done that you get rewarded by hunting a shiny which your odds are so slim of getting anyways it's not worth it. I've spent 250 hours to get 2 onix, a golbat and a gloom. How much do I need to spend now to get larvitar.. 1000? Shiny hunters hunt for one reason. They want the shiny for their own OT. They're not interested in buying someone else's ot. That's also a reason why the shiny market took a knock. So like hunting a shiny with 1/30k odds and then also add another 1/20 chance of appearing in a horde... is that really what we needed? It's crazy.
Edit: Basically trying to fix an already failed market by entirely eliminating shiny hunting for several players. I have always trusted what devs have in store for the community. They really have shined and are doing a phenomenal job, but I have to say I really feel "Uneasy" about this one.

This change actually shocked me. As if it wasn't already hard enough, this update completely turns me off from shunting many I had planned.
 
I wont even bother at this point.

Tips:
It's important to note that we won't judge the most expensive or rare outfit, but rather the most creative Screenshot. That means throwing together your most expensive cosmetics won't give you an advantage over newer players.
 
Making your outfit halloween themed could be really helpful this time around   
Use a nice follower and location that go well with your outfit, or grab yourself some friends to pose with  
Use the in-game screenshot and "Hide GUI" option (you can find them in your control settings)  
You can crop your screenshot! Mobile users can use it to hide the GUI   
You can add some lore or write something to make your picture more unique  
You can reuse older screenshots from similar events (also from my last contest) (except the winners of my other contests ofc! :3)
