Check the arm length. Is she using it as arm support or is she just dangling it? Either way it needs to be longer. Since her head/face is tilted, moving her right ear up a bit to align with it might not be a bad idea. Her left leg feels a bit long also at the moment (due to perspective, right leg should be bigger than left leg), and the right knee of the leg leg should be covered up by the right leg.

She's dangling her arm.  Not sure what you mean by her right ear, you can't see it?  Also it would be helpful to use red outlines for proportion/pose issues, if you don't mind of course.

Am I the only one who hates green dragonite? I mean, nobody ever said that they HAVE to be like the original shinies... Dragonite is one of those pokemon that could of had a really great shiny, but instead is baby-poop green.

Edit 3: Moved the ear for all three variations.
