So far I've found Blastoise really annoying to play against. With EQ for Ampharos, Surf to threaten out Hitmontop and other walls, and Ice Beam/Toxic to keep Grass types from walking all over it, it can be hard to find a solid switch in. Roselia works and Golduck/Poliwrath can win if they dodge the Toxic upon switching in.. Overall, its an incredibly bulky pokemon that functions well as a phaser and provides tons of support against walls like Solrock, Gligar while also checking some of the ties sweepers like Scyther and Armaldo.
 
That said, it's not perfect: Toxic can be a waste of a moveslot, it lacks recovery outside of Rest and if your opponent does have a Roselia it's going to be an uphill battle to beat the turtle... I'd say it's not defensively Uber, but has the capability to become pretty overcentralizing.

But how does that compromise any gameplay? It's not like running into Tentacools is a significant part of the game that players need to experience, hence repels, nor is the distance from a pokemon center even related to the value of getting to that place.
 
Worst case, just make Secret Power unobtainable until after the storyline or something.

its like 3am ive played about 7 straight league matches. ive won lane every fucking game and got multiple s- in losing games. i lose every fucking game due to shitty na players. in na this is not league of legends this is 60 ping with monkeys. 5 games in a row ive had ppl go 0-11-0 like how? i would have to try and not get an assist during a game to do that. na ppl so shit learn to be asian. im normally chill dude always gets told im relaxed af but after getting good at league boy does bad players boil my blood. my salt meter now over 9000 how can my adc have 32 cs at 20 mins. how can someone play ranked and not know 2 tower shots on melee and 1 on ranged. how can someone play ranked but only know how to stand still and auto. americans man born stupid always been dumb population education system is bad. government led by someone who doesnt believe in climate change. board of education doesnt believe in evolution. over half the population cant do simple calculus. riot games should just uninstall league from na better to have these bad americans go play minecraft or pokemon or some other mindless game. how can a player in ranked not know how to not feed. watch na lcs you see monkeys representing all the other na monkeys jacking off one hand on uguu one hand on mouse playing league. look across ocean at asian competition. every year wreck us na why cause na is planet of the apes. we got apes flinging poop at monitor and smashing keyboard. takes me 1st season to go gold and learn macro/micro of game and ppl cant do after playing multiple season. how can na players stay same low elo for multiple season? how can you not improve? because you cant evolve na monkeys. they never went through evolution stayed apes. watch korean lck and you see actualy league of legends. you see clean mechanics good macro and decision making not monkeys missing skill shots. cant hit skill shots dont play this first person shooter league not for you monkey go play in the jungle with the rest of the undeveloped animals. savages cant even itemize? how hard to look at guide? how hard to play casual till good enough for ranked? how many na players are bad? all. na players dont play league of legends its too knowledge heavy leave it to the asians. why asian scene always dominate na? because its not hard to beat mindless monkeys. how can someone only run in straight line never try side step. so es takes 1 click to dodge skill shot. why my yasuo always dive tower and blame team for not following? we are lv 1 invade you monkey dont chase under tower already got kills. man im moving to korea gonna practice league of legends there so done here in american can only queue up with na monkeys impossible to become better player when all 9 other players cant solve differential equations. learn the math calculate your item efficiency. wait no sorry asking way too much from na monkeys always missing skill shots even missing auto attacks. so bad just everyone in na uninstall go back to the zoo or jungle or that ape planet. na monkeys.

Not seeing how that's an exploit, you can just fly and bike for like 25s to get back to anywhere in the game
