    Hello everyone.
     
    Several month ago I paid real money in order to get pokedollars because I wanted to support the game and buy myself some competitive pokemons.
     
    The problem is that I regret doing that because I dont like playing with pokemons that arent mine.
     
    I want to get rid of these pokemons as soon as possible, so that's why I'm making this big sale. They are sitting in my PC gathering dust and I need money. 
     
    I checked the prices on the market, and I offer significant discount on all of them. 
     
    Espeon : 600k / Tauros : 400k / Pidgeot : 150k / Clefable : 200k / Kingler : 300k / Bellossom : 500k
     
    The discount is around ~100k below regular prices (as of june 2023) so you can make ~600k easily if you want to flip them.
     
    That's a total of 2m and 150k but it's only 2m if you take the whole squad.

    Days ago I saw a male Shiny Ponyta on GTL that had some special stats and nature for me, unfortunatly today it wasn't up anymore 😞
    I have the hope that the owner just removed it from GTL or time expired.. hehe, so if there's someone outside with this pokemon I'm looking for I'd rlly like to buy it it still on sale, ofc..

    We'll most likely end up skipping the second Kanto. While it's great postgame content for an otherwise single-region game, it's very short and shallow on its own and doesn't add much to a game that already has five regions, including the same one with a full storyline.
     
    We'll probably try to include Mt. Silver and Red though. How that will be handled, you'll find out when the time comes.

    Gen9-1 Move Updates
     
    Movepools have been adjusted to reflect Gen9-1 (Scarlet/Violet) move changes. New move are listed below; Note: This changeset also fixes missing moves from some Gen7 sources. Additional changes for levelup moves also occurred in this update.
     
    Snowscape has replaced Hail Snow is a battle effect which increases an Ice-type's Defense by 50% for the duration of the snowstorm. Snow lasts 5 turns, or 8 turns if extended by Icy Rock Charge now remains active until the next Electric-type move is used. Ally Switch may now fail if used consecutively This move uses the same failure percentages as Protect, but is counted separately. See below in the Balancing section for details of Protect's changes. Gallade's secondary ability is now Sharpness Sharpness boosts the power of slicing moves by 50%. Moves which are boosted by this ability are noted in their tooltip description. Protean now only activates once per switch-out  
    TM Additions
    Various tutor moves have been changed to TMs. The following moves were affected: Mud-Slap, Psybeam, Confuse Ray, Poison Tail, Metal Claw, Swift, Icy Wind, Air Cutter, Night Shade, Foul Play, Seed Bomb, Iron Head, Gunk Shot, Iron Defense, Drill Run, Trick, Tailwind, Hyper Voice, Heat Wave, Earth Power, Outrage, Draco Meteor, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, ThunderPunch, Zen Headbutt, Helping Hand, Low Kick, Acid Spray, Headbutt, Selfdestruct, Superpower  
    Other Features
    Players can now manage their whisper blocking settings in the Settings -> Other menu The /dnd user command has been removed Added a search bar for tiering displays Added another skin tone for players For player-to-player trades, a recent transaction summary can now be found in the Global Trade Link's "Trade Log" tab  
    Balancing
    Protect's failure percentage has been updated to Gen6+ behavior Success odds are multiplied by 1/3rd for each consecutive use. For example, Protect's success odds will be reduced from 100% -> 33.3% -> 11.1% -> 3.6% for 4 consecutive uses. Previously this move abided by Gen3 rules, where the minimum value was a 1/8th chance of success. Team Preview now shows gender of the opponents Gracidea can no longer be harvested into seeds or crushed into Berry Powder Gracidea's sell price has been updated from $100 to $250 Gracidea's yield has been reduced from 4~6 to 3~6

    Edit: If you want an OG name you should have started playing in 2012. Besides there are players returning after years even some from 2012. Imagine returning to the game and your character name is now bullshit cuz some Karen demanded to have it. This will also cause a huge identification issue between long term friends of those players who are still actively playing. Bad idea.

    Let me start off by saying that the PvP update about a year ago was a good step towards the right direction. The effectiveness of the update can be seen that it resulted in people playing Underused and Neverused tiers at least sometimes, which is something that before never happened before. In addition, the inclusion of Doubles to matchmaking has been successful for the most part.
     
    The problem with the Matchmaking system is that it is still not rewarding enough. To be honest, it's not even close. In addition, the foundation of PokeMMO economics are broken or at the very least unfair to competitive players. The casuals (or "farmers") are the suppliers and competitive players are the consumers. The problem is that for the most part, this works only in one way. For a healthy MMO economy, both of these groups have to have something that the other group may desire in order to make the endgame economy balanced. The problem is that competitive players have no commodity to sell to the casuals. The seasonal vanities are untradable, the vanity prizes are untradable, the shiny prizes are untradable, even the budget comps from matchmaking rewards are untradable. Everything that is tradable from the matchmaking rewards are something that the casual players could already get with minimal effort, besides PvP Mystery Boxes and Battle Point purchasable items which are pretty much the only exception to the rule I'm saying right now. (And ironically the people desiring the Battle Point prize items are other PvP players). And what comes to tournaments, the only tradable commodity is the Reward Point prize reward which even though is nice and useful is definitely not fair in terms of difficulty-to-reward, considering how difficult it is to win 64+ player tournaments against the best PvP players in the game (unless you have thousands of hours of experience).
     
    In my opinion, the fix for the economy would be to have more competitively obtainable prizes that are 1) desirable 2) unobtainable by the non-PVP playerbase with minimal effort. This would balance out the economy by making the demand two-way and thus make it more fair for competitive players. It is important that it is viable to increase your wealth by both playing casually and also by playing PvP events. Currently it is (still) not that way. It is quite saddening to see that most competitive players are getting resources by selling their old time limited vanities because these are the only commodities the casual playerbase is interested of buying from competitive players. This is why we need something else to sell to casuals - if tradable shinies are completely off-limits it can be useful tradable items (such as shiny charms) to tradable desired vanities, for example. This way the casuals would supply competitive players with competitive Pokemon/breeders/useful battle items and the competitive players would supply the casual playerbase with desired items and vanities. I think this would highly balance out the PokeMMO economy by making the demand two-way. Looking forward to hear your opinions.

    For longest time, the concept of changing IVs after the hatching/catching of a Pokemon was a concept that the developers didn't want to touch. I could honestly see why. But times have changed in both PokeMMO and real games as well. The latest update clearly shows that the developers no longer want to protect the value of pre-existing Hidden Power comps so this opens a perfect opportunity to implement "bottle caps".
     
    Bottle cap is a generation 7 item which allows a Pokemon to maximize one of its IVs. Now, I acknowledge that retrospectively maximizing an IV might be a bit too overpowered in the way PokeMMO currently works. But I think we could consider implementing a "bottle cap" type item which would raise an IV by one point. I think it would greatly compensate the players who lost their 30 speed HP Fire/Rock/Fight competitive Pokemon and offer them a quick easy fix. And not only that but just in general give an easy solution to Pokemon that are just that 1-2 IVs away from being desired.
     
    Make it an BP item or something.
     
    If you're concerned about having Hidden Power changing because of this, essentially making the Gems obsolete - either keep the HP before the IV change or make the bottle caps expensive enough.

    y la otra tambien es porque los que vendemos pokes muchos diariamente nos estan por decirle asi cagando el negocio y ya no podemo seguir vendiendo ustedes diran ya podes esperar o sacar algunos de tu gtll pero si estariamos perdiendo mas de lo que estamos ganando asi q porfavor les pediria el gran favor q kitaran eso de limite del gtl no podemos hacre dinero los  q numaz farmeamos con pokes como nosotros por eso les pido que kiten ese limite para poder vende trankilo :,c

    I have never been a spammer or someone who creates troubles, but I need to explain what happened to me today because it is really annoying in my point of vew.
    I was just farming Xmas for sale and before start to selling them I missed fail the message that I supposed to send to "Trade" chat and sent it to "Global" or "Channel" chat, to be honest I don't remember even the moment I did.
    It took less than 20 sec when a message appeared saying that I was muted for 10k seconds, lol. I mean, I do not know who is in charge of doing this, but or someone was mad today or this is getting very dramatic. I dont think I had deserved it, but its ok, just needed to express it out.
