FIRST: I don't know where they got that there would be another anniversary event ? I think it was unique and exclusive for the 10 years, 
 

SECOND: we are expecting johto to come out at any moment, I don't think there will be an event of any kind.
 

THIRD: we have to change the boards of the dock of the Vermillion city because they are in bad condition.
