Spearow doesn't really look like Spearow if it has red hair. It should stay brown~

I like the red head spearow but i think to make it more like the pokemon it needs more of the brown that is spearows actually hair color. Maybe the eyes?
The red also feels a little bunched up, i think making the eyes the brown color will spread both colors more evenly throughout the girl while also adding more of spearows main color.
Spearow doesnt need a specific hair color in my opinion as long as the main color of the pokemon is also the main color of the girl. Though hair has a big part in that i think it could work.
Anyway to work in the fade on the wings?

Also, I'm really fond of the red hair. The chestnut hair reminds me of the liquid you get in instant noodles.

As a reminder, Fearow does not have to be the way she is now and could be changed according with Spearow. I am personally siding with Kickern's second one in his #2383 post:

Wings look more like Spearow's design.  I hope it doesn't look too bad.

I like the red hair on Spearow, but I feel a lot of the problems with it come from the fact that it makes the wings and hair blur together into one big red blob, losing definition at their boundaries.

 

Maybe brown hair with red central highlights? That would give you a brown border (thus letting us see the border between wings and hair) while still getting the red color on it.

The fade looks great! Also liked the brown eyes.
Im unsure with the bag. I say redhead can keep the bag but the brown hair could lose it. Just my opinion.

I really want to use this Flygon, but her head is just so tiny compare to Trapinch's and other fully evolved's.

And then there's this thing. Head is still smaller than Trapinch's head, but whatever I'm hitting walls.
