The PSL 6 Dream Machine is at it again and will be bringing LC tournaments for HYPE.

While there is no decision on whether this will be a tier or not, it will offer an opportunity for players that are interested in this new tier. 

Additionally, I have banned Zigzagoon, Omanyte, Meditite, and Diglett from this event for being clearly broken with our new items and LC flat battles.

They are not banned in game, but they are here. That's why I added the addendum above. 

 

EDIT: Also, added Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile to the allowed list

I'll consider a Clamperl ban too, if there is enough interest. My reasoning is simply because with LC flat battles, Zigzagoon can now obtain the coveted Belly Drum, to go along with Extremespeed. Omanyte in the rain with Life Orb outspeeds and beats everything. Meditite was previously banned for abusing Scarf + Pure Power. Diglett with Arena Trap + Scarf beats any non-levitate or flying-type.

Zigza could have bdrum before the scaling down to 5, rest is somewhat accurate.

 

Thing about clamperl is that it kinda guarantees 1 poke of your opponent to go down, and goes down after, as the tier is mostly fought above the speed of clamperl.
