I don't think there's one in route 14. Checked all the rest tho only left to check is Mansion and Seafom

  2. There are 27 wisps (in each region?) to find in this event, you get to catch an event-exclusive Alpha Pokemon for doing all of them (and some event-exclusive HA pokemon along the way). If you know a location and don't find it in this original post, then feel free to share. I'll keep updating it as long as I can confirm the locations posted.

    Every Kanto wisp locations:

Celadon City - Behind the Celadon Dept. Store

Cinnabar Island - Pokemon Mansion after you take the first stairs and then the stairs right next to them

Fuchsia City - Safari Zone near the place where you get Surf HM

    Lavender Town - Pokemon Tower

Seafoam Islands - Next to the Articuno spot (Requires Surf and Strenght to push the boulders and block the water path)

    Viridian City - Viridian Forest

    Route 2 (Requires Cut)

Route 4 - Mt. Moon Inside after you take the first stairs.

Route 4 - After completing Mt. Moon

    Route 8

    Route 9

Route 10 - After completing Power Plant

Route 10 - Rock Tunnel Inside (Recommend Flash and going from Lavender entrance)

Route 11 - East top corner

Even if i could get it, the situations a bit different now, we have a way to pass HAs without re-breeding, in theory it should have had a quicker rise.

Probably not the case for Xatu, considering it wasn't viable before HA release. I doubt many people had a comp-ready one just laying in their PC box.

I mean, it already was decent in NU without Prankster and now switches in on physical attackers far better because it has priority Wisp available. I personally don't think it should be rated higher than NU but I can see it being very solid physical wall at least in NU environment, maybe I should have specified that but I heard there was some speculation Sableye could become UU (and it did until it was revised and sent back to NU).

Edit: Or was that just a temporary Prankster ban until TC decided what to do, I cant remember

I read something like "very menacing wall" that's why I thought you overhyped it. Nerfed Prankster is pretty ass in a tier where Dark-Type is one of the most viable and they just come in for free, so I think it's worth mentioning that flaw.

Crobat is historically good in the UU, it has always been dominant. Now Gigalith is a more complex case: Players started to use it after Porygon-Z fell to UU, and that was before Empoleon became extremely popular. The bizzare thing is: Empoleon first got roost, that alone made him much better than Gigalith for having a viable way to heal himself, combined with better defensive type of Pokémon(Steel), that Gigalith , iirc, don't have. Then P-Z was banned from UU. By then, he should have fallen, as he couldn't play the role that he has historically always played. Like happen with Gligar, who lost the role he historically always played (He was previously Heracross's check, then with Machamp buffed, Hera's popularity dropped, and it took both pokes to the hole.) and it didn't take long to fall to NU.

Gigalith was a thing way before PZ. It's always been one of the main Yanmega answers and doesn't let Rotom-H and Crobat defog on its face.

With 1 button it cripples practically every offensive switch in lol, it's about the reduction in speed not the "relying on paralyze".

Removing glare will give plenty more switches into Serp. That's factual. Removing Contrary on the other hand(which would also work) seems like a very awkward situation for the TC.

Serperior is 113 base speed, it doesn't need Glare to outspeed most of OU. In fact, a lot of the stuff that naturally outspeed Serperior don't enjoy switching into Leaf Storm either, especially with Rocks on the field. I mean, people also complain about SubLeech but the answer is getting rid of Glare? And even if we pretend that Glare is the thing limiting offensive switches, what about defensive ones? Is Glare limiting them or is it the spam of 130 BP move with Nasty Plot side effect? I'm pretty sure removing Glare is just pointless as it wouldn't really nerf Serperior, just delaying the inevitable.

I like how people casually throw Heatran, when its much more broken than whatever we have.

    But hey, we got dugtrio!

    More broken than Garchomp?

Worst case scenario is having to remove Magma Storm from it, otherwise completely fine and in fact, much needed for this shit meta.
