Tier "Changes" for August

Just want to make sure I understand this correctly:

If (when?) mons like Alakazam, Ninetales, and Politoed get their hidden abilities, they will stay in NU for at least the rest of this month? That seems like a pretty baffling decision to me.

That's not counting the council making exceptions for quick bans right?

I hope not, but going by the post that was made in the original August thread it wasn't specified.

They will be placed in a TC decided upon tier until we see where they naturally fall, so they will be automatically moved up to OU in some cases.  UU in others, nothing for the garbage ones.

For new abilitys, only gallade i don't f*** know why gets banned. Every other mon with new ability was moved.
( Just to clarify the difference: When a mon gets banned, he cannot come back to the lower tier unless TC approve their fall. He has to pass through all Suspect Test procedure. Now when a mon is moved, when it was about to fall, only way to TC prevent it is quickbanning the mon. Otherwise, the mon will fall anyway. Nidotwins at the start was both moved, so when they gets enough usage to drop, they dropped normally. Serperior was moved so if anytime serperior has enough usage to fall to UU, if TC doesn't quickban it, it will fall.)

Ninetales currently untiered should be moved up to at least UU.

It was intended to be put there automatically, something went wrong.  It should be OU by now though.
