Introduction:

Welcome, Trainers and Artists, to a festive celebration of creativity and Pokémon spirit! As the holiday season approaches, we find ourselves surrounded by the magic of joy and artistic inspiration. The judges and I have been awe-inspired by the incredible artistry within our community, and what better way to usher in the holiday cheer than by hosting a Christmas Porygon-themed art contest? This is your chance to let your creative spirit soar, capturing the essence of the season through the lens of our digital friend, Porygon. Picture Porygon eagerly anticipating the incredible artwork that awaits and envision your masterpiece becoming a beacon of festive delight. Unleash your imagination, spread the joy, and perhaps earn some Pokeyen along the way! Let the festivities and creativity commence!

 

 

Theme:

Christmas Themed Porygon!

 

 

Details:

Theme Focus: The central theme is a Christmas-themed Porygon, available in any of its forms (shiny or regular).

Objective: Craft captivating and festive artworks that showcase Porygon in the enchanting ambiance of Christmas.

Artistic Freedom: You can explore various styles, including multiple Pokémon, abstract concepts, or piece-wise art. We welcome varying interpretations! Bring the magic of the holiday season to your art!

 

 

Rules:

Open Participation: The contest is open to all community members, inviting widespread participation.

Theme Adherence: Submissions must prominently feature Porygon, aligning with the Christmas theme.

Single Entry: Limit one entry per participant. You can post multiple pieces of artwork, but you must indicate to us in a specific post by the deadline as to which art piece you will be submitting to the judges. If you submit multiple pieces of artwork and do not indicate which one will be submitted to the judges, your first piece of artwork will be be given to the judges.

Original Creations: Artwork must be your own creation, spanning various mediums such as digital, pixel, hand-drawn, etc.

Timely Submissions: Late entries will not be accepted; ensure your submission aligns with the specified deadline.

Rule Adherence: Participants are expected to comply with all PokeMMO forums rules.

Forum Visibility: Submissions should be directly visible on the PokeMMO Forums; avoid using links requiring external applications for viewing.

 

 

Prize Pool and Prize Allocation:

Current Prize pool total: 14.1m pokeyen

 

1st:

1) 50% of prize pool

 

2nd:

1) 30% of Prize pool

 

3rd:

1) 10% of prize pool

2) Free battle tower ribbons service by @Hagene's Ribbon shop service on a Pokemon of your choice, within limitations. The shop link can be found below

 

4th:

1) 10% of prize pool

2) One Free Full Ev and leveling service from @Gyrzo's EV and Leveling shop. The shop link can be found below

 

 

Note: 4th place will be determined by the community! Whichever art submission has the most likes/reactions will be the winner! The broken heart, upside down face, and laughing cat reactions will NOT count. If you win first, second, or third place, you CANNOT win the community vote prize.

 

Special Note: @Elizn, a Global Moderator, will be distributing the prizes at the conclusion of judging! To demonstrate receipt of the prize money, Elizn has shared a screenshot below

Diverse Services: In addition to tangible items, we gladly accept a variety of in-game services from shops. Whether it's EV training, breeding, ribbons, artistic creations, items, or cosmetics, your valuable offerings will be integrated into the prize pool and awarded to deserving participants.

There is now a 4th place prize, a community vote!

On a side note, just a friendly reminder that the art doesnt have to ONLY be a christmas porygon. Other pokemon can join along too, just be sure to feature a porygon somewhere in there
