I'v always through Indians were nice people :) Lol no it's not exactly a stereotype, it basically depends on the education system, how their parents mentality were like etc. India is a vast country with many traditions. One of the main and most common traditions is how parents pressurize their children into taking up a career in engineering or medicine. They kind of want their children to be like robots where they do as per they're instructed which includes things like waking up and going to bed early, eating on time, attending all classes, no girlfriends/alcohol, marrying a girl of parent's choice etc. So as you know tourneys go on quite late for me, so I tend to stay up till 4 am or so, which is when my dad wakes up. So I was like "Damn, he better not catch me playing MMO at 4 or else I'll be screwed" because then my dad would realize that this whole time in college I've just been screwing around and that would mean lesser freedom.
