I just want to know why my friend (KillZorrRrrrrr) lost his battle?

His opponent was afk and going off, but KillZorrRrrrrr was with 3 pokemons and Frags (opponent) with 2.

Because he DCd, I assume.

 

I DCd for no reason (my internet was fine), had 3 spikes and had as good as won. Still no win doe. Tell the devs to fix their game.

Good question my friend, I will attempt to provide the most clear and concise answer possible.

 

As the Time Clause is in affect during EVERY round (including tie-breakers) up until the semifinals of a specific official tournament, when a battle lasts greater than 45 minutes with no visible resolution in sight, both players will be disqualified. Once both players were disqualified, since Jayfeatskydd had won his match prior to this judgement, Frags and Jayfeatskydd advanced due to a 1-0 record in total.

Both parties would have been disqualified if the staff hadn't incorrectly directed Jonaz and Jay to continue fighting, essentially disregarding the Time Clause completely in that instance.

ex 2 - if my partner win his battle and my opponent kill 5 of my pokemons i can just come ''akf'' and wait 45 min for we win.

This is what i tried to explain but some idiots just anwsered me "shut up".

 

This is exactly what my CM referee told me in PM :

 

Yes, that rule is subjective and for me your battle wasn't closed to finish. As we made the decision to apply the time clause, we can't come back on our decision.

 

 

Some questions then :

-Is a subjective rule viable in "competitive" tournaments ?

-Did that CM watch my battle ? Because it was clear that the end was closed and i won 4mins after the time clause.

-Why can't referees come back on a decision which is a mistake ? Didn't they come back on their decision about the match Jonaz vs Jayf ? I remember you that the match lasted 50mins, they first decided double dq and then jonaz moved on.
