I kind of agree with Jice. Regular season stats should always be separate from finals due to extra matches for players resulting in higher win % then deserved.

I disagree. There are plenty of players who only played 4-5 games.

It's not like everyone played exactly 7, except for the people who made it to 8 or 9.

In fact there's probably even a finalist who has less than 7 games (prob midseason pickups ).

Makes no sense to exclude a match for any reason. If you win or lose a game, your winrate is affected. Simple!

yea even then its win rate not most wins so it shouldnt matter a whole lot

What if we kept the winrate only out of the battles within the season but the win/losses will still be updated after that

Allows players to keep up with other teams with even winrates, but also allows for comparison on who has more wins and losses

Frankly, I just don't see any benefit at all in omitting "post-season" battles.

Your win% doesn't just "go up" because you played 9 battles.

Playing more battles can also cause you to lose win rate so i dont understand why you dont want to unclude post-season like for example if you only put season stats then you will be like ohh kingbowser deserves all the awards cause he got 100% in all tiers and 100% win rate but people will fail to see that he actually lost 2 of his playoff matches which imo is more of a big deal than losing 2 season matches or like kizhaz who will have very low winrate when in fact he contributed big time to lions winning the playoffs

I'm not saying we should just ignore the finals, I'd personally just prefer the finals statistics separate from the regular season.

Why not include both stats. "W/L Ratio before finals, (W/L Ratio from Finals)"
