Hi,
I checked your ticket, and you indeed report one specific player you had observed for botting, and described the issue with botting in general with some information about it.
The answer you received in the support section was appropriate. The technical support is not the correct place for this.

I am also reading your report and the answer given to you, and your concerns were addressed. We informed you we would investigate the player you mentioned, we answered everything we could from your questions and concerns, gave all the information we could give, and explained there are things we cannot disclose about our investigation methods. I fail to see what else you believe could have been said there, unless you wanted specific information we cannot give.

The staff working on support is not involved with the development of the game. We cannot do anything with suggestions for the game there. The Suggestion Box in the forum is the appropriate place to show your ideas for the people involved with it, and I assure you they are seen. If you want to provide feedback or ideas about the game, you would want to do that for the developers, not for the support staff.
As we said in your report's answer, we are aware of the issues you reported and we already do take measures against it. We just can't give any specific information about it.
Since there are no changes to be made from this suggestion, I will close it. Thank you!

Hello!
We already have support for Russian translation, but the translator who was starting to work on it has been long inactive. We are looking into recent new applicants, but it might take a while for the translation to be available in game, since it requires at least half of it to be complete and there is a lot to be worked on.
You can, however, use roms in your preferred language if you don't yet. We do not translate NPC dialogues, for example, this comes from the rom you are using.

All characters will be considered individually. The only account-related requirements are if the account has made a donation or if the account is banned. In both cases, no character in that account will be considered inactive, regardless of the character's played time.

If you haven't logged in these characters for the period of time mentioned in the announcement according to each of their played times and they are within the conditions mentioned, they might lose their names.

Accounts will never be considered inactive, only characters. Accounts never get deleted without the user requesting it in our support.
Please note that the characters considered inactive will not be suspended, banned or be inaccessible in any way. As ClosedBox mentioned, players who lose their names will need to choose a new name in the next time they login in that character.
It's also important to notice that from 1st June to 1st July, it will only be possible to lose the name if another player claims it with an existing character using a Name Change Contract. After that, it will also be possible to claim names from inactive characters when creating a new character. In any case, you will not automatically lose the character names, it will require another player claiming them. This means that if no one claims your inactive character's name, you will not be prompted to change your name when you login the next time.
If you believe any of your characters might lose their name and you don't want that to happen, please login in them once before tomorrow to be safe.

As you see in this link, Thunder is among the TMs it can learn since gen 1. It's also very common for pokemons to have moves of other types in their learnset, for example Double Kick, which is a fighting type.

While we do not mind the discussion about the win trading ban, we cannot allow personal attacks and derailing. If other players broke the rules, please make a report with any evidences you might have in our player reports. Publicly calling people out is not tolerated, and it's not the subject of this thread.

For future reference, you don't need a support account. The account you use there is your game account.
You can also access easily our support platform in the in game menu on the option "Support Request". If you use this option, you will automatically login in the support with the account you are using in game.

We gave you all the answers we can. As I told you in your last ticket, our support does not offer editing or creating assets, we don't even have the tools to do so.
The answer you were given was correct, even if it's not the answer you wanted to hear. Please stop calling out the person who provided the information necessary, they did their job correctly.
Evolutions are canceled when the game is closed mid-evolution, I have tested this myself before and tested it now to confirm, it's working as intended.
I hope this is the last time we'll need to answer you about this.

Next time you ask someone to lend you money to give back in a week, make sure you do give the money back within the timeframe agreed on. The agreement must always be respected. Twisting facts to make the staff's decision look senseless won't help you at all.
Reports are always verified and investigated manually, it was not an automatic punishment. Your appeal was also reviewed manually by a second staff member, and I just reviewed it a third time. You are guilty, and as we said in your appeal, your account will not be unbanned.
You are still allowed to play in a new account, so I suggest you do so and respect the rules next time.

We did not say this, we asked if you shared your account with anyone and said no one would have accessed your account without you sharing your credentials and the security code we send in your email when someone tries to login.

Nobody is burying anything, we gave you all the information that was necessary. The characters you are asking about were deleted in 2023, so it could only have been done by the person accessing the account, which should be you, since you did not share it with anyone. This is what we said in the ticket, sorry if it wasn't clear.
Either way, we do not restore characters deleted more than 3 months ago and we did not delete these characters.
I'm sorry we can't help you, but please don't spread misinformation like that.
