ZoroarkH
pros: no chance of accidental evoloution can use items like exp share whilst preventing evolution cons: people might change their mind Edited February 15, 2017 by ZoroarkH FuzzyRegirock, LuisPocho, aftershocker and 1 other 4 Link to comment
0 sherdoonach
could work if an item that disables the feature is also implemented ZoroarkH and LuisPocho 2 Link to comment
0 GeneralVenican
there should then be a way of showing others its been consumed on the pokemon, i could see this be useful for something like chanseys when evtraining and lvl them ZoroarkH 1 Link to comment
0 Mike
I think a much simpler way would be to basically have a button or whatever in your pokemon's summary giving you the option to disable evolution and you can click it again to enable it. No, but it doesn't require a new item - we could always look into changing the interaction for the Everstone to cater to this. It seems like a fairly minor issue however. ZoroarkH 1 Link to comment

I believe you could have answered that way right away, I'm sure you were aware that the issue this suggestion is trying to address is that people accidentally evolve pokemon while levelling them up with an exp.share. 0 RysPicz
It somehow works at times; I remember when I was leveling Rachel's Teddiursa to 100s and my connection died when it was evolving, same goes for one of my friend's pokes. It might be very useful for people with unstable connection because the reconnect time is definietly not sufficient compared to the time when poke is evolving. @RacheLucario Can confirm. The teddy is now 100s anyway Edited February 15, 2017 by RysPicz Link to comment

0 Toupi
I think starting evolution after button press would solve this problem. So when pokemon wants to evolve a text appear "What? XXX is evolving!" and it waits for your input to continue ZoroarkH, IndigoElite, LiquidFrost and 5 others 8 Link to comment
