Alrighty,
As others have mentioned you can either continue to attempt to catch Yanma in the Sinnoh Safari zone or you could attempt to catch it in Kanto.
Catching it in Kanto would require you to get to Pastoria City in Sinnoh and take the Ferry to Kanto and begin its story mode and progress until you unlock the second half of the Sevii Islands where you can then then find Yanma on Isle Six.

It's listed as TM ?? Fake Out currently in its pokedex entry. This functions the same as it being in the egg moves list for most purposes, its mostly just a minor display issue

Hello everyone,
As with all new regions there's a lot of excitement to explore and collect everything new in the region.
I've noticed however that there are several questions that keep popping up that I've decided to list here
(and expand upon) in order to hopefully alleviate some of that confusion.
Where can I go in order to leave the Sinnoh Region?- There is a Sailor in Pastoria City next to the water which will offer you a boat ride to the other regions, linked to Castelia / Slateport / Vermillion City.
How can I access the Secret Room in Eterna City's Team Galactic building in order to change Rotom's form?- In order to access the Secret Room you must first complete the Distortion World story, if you have completed it then the room should now be available for use.
How can I access Fossils and Odd Keystones since the Underground isn't implemented?
- Fossils are held by wild rock types encountered by using rock smash, similar to Kanto & Hoenn.

An Odd Keystone is available from an NPC on Route 208, or hidden on a tile in Twinleaf Town (same as the original games).
- These Odd Keystones will yield Gift Spiritomb, for breedable / tradeable Spiritomb consult your Pokedex for their renewable wild location.
Why is it being broadcast that players have Arceaus (Sinnoh) and Keldeo (Unova)?- In the same way that Mewtwo and Rayquaza were added to Kanto and Hoenn respectively, these legendary pokemon will trigger the King-of-the-hill PvP minigame where players vie for control. (but once again they are only temporary pokemon and not permanent additions to your team).
How does "Honey Gather" work?
- Honey gather functions like Pickup, but generates Honey instead of items based on what the location is.
How long does it take after slathering a Honey Tree with Honey for a Pokemon to appear?

- The tree will be shaking if you return to it at any point after this time has elapsed to let you know it is ready.
Why is Pickup not finding any items in Sinnoh?
- Sinnoh currently does not have a Pickup table, this is intended to be added at a later date.

In order to change Rotom's form you must go to the Secret Room in the Team Plasma building in Eterna City.
This however can only be accessed after the Distortion World plot-line has been completed. -

I don't understand why free RNG stuff is bad? It's a normal flow of economy. You know some people find stuff randomly in real life that is valuable...
Anything that is "free" but lacks purpose is a potential risk to game balance, this is undoubtedly a novelty feature "for fun", it has not been proposed with any perceived issues that it is being viewed as a solution towards, you are correct that we could have the old man require two party slots, but now the old man requires additional dialogue options and party checks etc.
My point was moreso that such features that do "odd" things can require more work than expected, and that unexpected problems can arise.
Also, you can edit posts on these forums (which would allow you to avoid double posting in future).
Features rarely ever get added that are novelty additions to the game, they usually require a purpose or are quality of life changes that affect something that is largely agreed upon to be a problem, though that's not to say they never happen and again I was just sharing my opinions. Twins as a concept are problematic as Pokemon must take up party slots; there is no way to hatch an egg while it is not in your party, should twins hatch when you have 5 pikachus and 1 egg what happens to the twin? We cannot assume the default "Just send it to the PC" as a PC can be full, in which case there is nowhere valid for the egg to spawn.
If this is common enough where it matters then it is just extra free things for people, when competitive pokemon are already reasonably priced, which means that's not a good enough concept to warrant its implementation.
If this is rare enough where it doesn't matter then its so rare that its probably not worth taking the time to code and implement into the game, on top of the fact that players will definitely think that this is a bug or something if they're unaware of a super rare occurrence that isn't mechanically relevant to anyone.
I do not think this suggestion will ever see implementation as any version which is harmless enough to the game to even consider being added would just end up being so mechanically unnecessary that it'd be infinitely low priority to code and add over other features to the game that give tangible benefits.- Teddiursa, Bestfriends, FighterGod and 3 others

As Suigin said, It is incredibly unlikely that Megas will ever be added to PokeMMO, if they were they would be added as part of a future generation.

Ghosts, Pokemon with the ability Levitate (e.g. Koffing), and Flying types are immune to Arena trap.
If you lead with a fast pokemon with one of those traits you can run from Arena Trap pokemon
